Feeling his arms wrap around her in a tight embrace made all of the good feelings in the world wash over Faye. It was something she wasn't sure if she would ever feel again but here she was, feeling it. Faye never wanted to let go in fear of never seeing him again or waking up to realize that it was all a dream. She couldn't bear to find out that none of this was real. He kissed her back and it was either an incredibly realistic dream or it was real life. Faye had to believe that it was all real, even as he pulled away and pressed his forehead against hers. A tear slid down his cheek and her thumb wiped it away as she kept her forehead against his.
Bellamy spoke for the first time and his voice filled her ears. It was too wonderful to hear his voice again and she felt tears fall from her eyes. Faye was past the point of trying to wipe them away or hold them back. It was an emotional moment for everyone and people couldn't blame either of them for crying at the sight of their other half. The blonde shook her head as he apologized again. He had nothing to apologize for. Like always, Bellamy did what he thought he had to do in order to protect his people. She didn't blame him for leaving. Faye was just glad that he was alive and that everyone had survived those five years in space.
His lips found hers and she eagerly returned the kiss, keeping her arms wrapped around him. She felt like she would have separation anxiety if he were to leave her side again. Of course, Faye knew that he would have to at some point. They had to rebuild their society in the outside world now that it was okay for them to leave. But she could enjoy his presence for as long as she could have him. Faye reluctantly pulled back from the kiss, even though she didn't want to, and looked at him through her tears. "I don't blame you for anything, Bellamy," she spoke softly. "You're alive and that's all I care about." They could have ended things with a huge fight and she wouldn't have cared. All that mattered was having him back in her arms. "I know you just got back but . . . I have someone I want you to meet." Faye couldn't just come out and tell him that he had a son. It would be a private moment for the couple and the family. Their first moment as a family.

Faye shook her head. It didn't matter if they had some shelters. She didn't want to be in one without Alex or Clarke. Without one or the other. Because while she may be pregnant it wasn't something she could do without someone there to help her. Faye knew that she could be strong but this was something she had never faced before. She would need someone by her side but if that wasn't possible then she wasn't going to go through with it. She knew it was a difficult thing for people to hear but it was her decision in the end. Even if they made it through this second apocalypse, there was no telling what the world would be like after that. It was likely that enemies would still be an issue, maybe even food and water. Faye couldn't imagine putting anyone she loved through any sort of starvation or dehydration. She wouldn't do it.
Clarke asked if Alex was the father and she nodded her head in reply. "He doesn't know," Faye said. Her tone held a hidden meaning. She didn't want Clarke to tell Alex because quite frankly, she was still deciding on whether or not she wanted to keep it. She knew where Alex would stand. Clarke wanted to find Alex and she nodded her head, having no idea where he would be. "I'm really glad you're okay," Faye said to Clarke. She grabbed her hand and squeezed it lightly. Clarke was her sister and the only family she had left.

Faye kept quiet as she listened to Clarke tell her story. She could only imagine what Clarke must have been feeling when she was worried for her friends and they were hanging out like everything was great; like they hadn't just fought a terrible war and lost some of their friends. But it was difficult to remember that they were still kids. They were kids that might have been forced to grow up early but that didn't mean they wouldn't jump at the opportunity to have a worry-free life again. Faye knew that Clarke would never be the same after being sent to Earth and it was probably a good thing. It was what kept her alive. She didn't like these people in Mount Weather and she was glad that Clarke had managed to escape. Confusion washed over her features when Clarke relayed that Mount Weather said they were all dead. They were very much alive.
"Well, we aren't dead," Faye pointed out with a soft smile. "I'm not sure what else they are lying about but it can't be good. I don't know how we'll get in there. It sounds like the grounders have known about them for a while and they've never been able to take them down. But we'll figure something out. We always do." Faye was not usually so optimistic but she had to be for Clarke. She couldn't stand to see her like this. But she was fairly confident that her and Clarke could figure something out together. They always seemed to come up with these wild ideas that usually worked whenever they were together.

Faye remembered it like it was yesterday. It didn’t feel like it was five years ago. It was the day that the world was supposed to end and even though it didn’t, it was certainly the day her world had ended. She had wanted to be with Bellamy and her other friends. She didn’t want to be separated from him. But things had happened and Faye had been inside the bunker when it closed. She knew it was what Bellamy would have wanted but she didn’t like the idea of him being out there. She just wanted him to come back to the bunker so that they could live out the next few years together. But that wasn't going to happen. She didn't even know if she would ever see him again, but she tried to have as much hope as she could.
Things had changed even more with a certain discovery. She had no idea and wasn’t sure how she had missed all of the signs. But Faye found out she was pregnant just before she was supposed to say goodbye to Bellamy on the radio. She was glad that she had a chance to say goodbye, to tell him her news. She knew it would be awhile before she got to see him again but she couldn’t keep it from him. Faye wanted him to have something to fight for. But Faye hadn’t been able to say goodbye. She hadn’t been able to tell him that he was going to be a dad. She had cried for many reasons. Faye cried because she didn’t know if they were going to survive this whole thing. She cried because she hadn’t been able to share her news with the man she loved. They guessed that it would be five years before they could go back outside and it was the longest five years of her life. The only thing that made it bearable was Auggie.Nine months later and Faye gave birth to Auggie. He was the first baby to be born in the bunker but certainly wasn't the last. Faye had anxiety during the birth, thinking about her mother and how she had developed an infection while giving birth to Faye. But she had people who helped her through it. The doctors had been great and she was thankful that they weren't prevented by laws in case she needed extra help. It had been tough without Bellamy by her side. She didn't even have her best friend, Clarke, by her side. She had no idea if either of the important people were alive but she did know how much it sucked doing it without them. The idea of motherhood had been overwhelming to Faye. She had always been indifferent about having her own kid, but she certainly never thought she'd be doing it on her own. It was hard and she was tired, but he was the thing that made sure she kept going. Then there was a commotion about the bunker being opened. How could that be? They had been buried beneath the rubble not long after the radiation had hit. But apparently people had dug them out and she felt the small bit of hope burn in her chest. Could it be Bellamy and the others? Auggie was taking a nap so she had her friend stay with him so she could go and check things out. Part of her wanted to bring him with her, but she didn't want to disturb him if it wasn't Bell. Then she saw Octavia with her arms wrapped around someone. She would know those curls anywhere. Faye felt tears prick at her eyes, seeing him after all these years. It wasn't long before she was flinging herself into Bellamy's arms, wrapping her arms tight around his neck. She buried her face into his hair and inhaled the scent, having missed it so much over the past five years. "It's really you," she cried. She pulled away just slightly, placing her hands on either side of his face so she could get a good look at him. He looked tired but she was almost certain she looked the same. Being cooped up in the bunker and running after a five year old aged Faye. She could only imagine that she looked like a mess. "I missed you so much. I love you." She leaned forward and pressed her lips to his in a kiss. It was filled with want and passion and all of the love she had.Bellamy Blake

Keeping her face straight, Faye thought about what he said. She knew that no matter what, Bellamy would always blame himself for trusting a grounder. But she didn't think it was his fault at all. Of course, those words would fall from her mouth without much meaning if spoken to him. She had told him before but she saw no point in continuing to beat it into him. If Faye couldn't convince him with her words, then she would settle for convincing him with her actions. She would stand by his side through it all, showing him that there was nothing he could do to push her away. "So we don't trust them," she confirmed with a nod of her head. Not that she had ever trusted them to begin with.
She watched as he walked over and sat down on the bed next to her. Faye's eyes found his and she listened as he spoke. She offered him a small smile before reaching out and grabbing his hand, squeezing it gently. "With you." The words were simple and were spoken without much thought. It was the truth but she had a feeling that it wouldn't be enough of an answer for him. "But you know where I stand. I don't trust them and I don't like them. I just . . . don't know what we can do." Of course, they could probably ask them to leave and if that didn't work then that would give them cause for something a little more aggressive. "Do you think talking to Pike might help?" Faye suggested.

Bellamy stood in his thinking stance and Faye recognized it all too well. She could tell that he had a lot on his mind and whether or not he chose to voice his thoughts to her was up to him. But within the privacy of his room, she hoped he didn't hold back. Faye liked to believe that Bellamy knew that there was nothing he could say to make her question him because in this instance, she was probably thinking it too. "For now," she said in response to his comment about Abby being Chancellor. It was true that they had called for an election but the only downside was that both obvious candidates, Kane and Abby, were pro-grounder. Didn't they realize that pro-grounder meant that they weren't exactly pro-life for their own people? A leader was supposed to make the tough decisions but ultimately, they were supposed to put their people first. Not the people of someone else.
"I'm glad Pike isn't going to just stand by and let this happen," Faye explained. She knew it was probably best to keep things peaceful between her own people, not wanting to put Pike against Kane or Abby, but she would do it if it meant getting the grounders to leave. "By now I'm sure the rest of camp knows about the army." Leave it to the arkers to spread something like wildfire. "We need to figure out what we want to do," Faye pointed out. "A line is going to be drawn soon, Bellamy. We need to figure out which side we want to be on." Because Faye would stand by him, no matter what.

It took her by surprise when Clarke threw her arms around her. It didn't take her long to adjust to the situation, quickly wrapping her arms around her friend in return. She held onto Clarke like she was never going to see her again. Because that's what she had thought. She had thought her best friend was dead and that she had seen the last of Clarke. But here she was, in her arms, and she was going to be okay. She pulled back slightly and looked at Clarke as her friend sobbed, saying that she thought she would never see her again. She didn't blame her because that's how she felt. "I know," she said softly. "I wasn't sure if we would survive the crash landing either." It had been so unlikely that they would survive, but they had. Faye tried not to think about it but sometimes she still woke up from a nightmare. It was the nightmare of crashing to Earth and everyone dying in a fiery explosion.
"You need to get some rest first," Faye pointed out. "I know you want to get your friends out of that mountain but you won't be of any use if you can't even move. Heal and then we'll go. Or . . . I'm not sure. It's been hard keeping Finn and Bellamy at bay. They actually left to try and find you and the others. I'm not sure if they'll be coming back." Hell, even Murphy had gone with them. "Everyone's going to want to hear the story of what happened after the grounder attack." They had already heard all about the actual battle but everything after that was a mystery.

Bellamy made a comment about how the grounders were just as likely to turn on them as they were to protect them. Faye had to disagree with that statement. She didn't think the grounders would protect them at all. Then again, what did they need protecting from if not the grounders? The grounders were the greatest threat to their people. Faye didn't understand how Abby and Kane didn't see it. But from the sound of everyone talking in the background, it seemed like they were in agreement with Faye and Bellamy's opinion. In that moment she realized how thankful she was for Charles Pike and that he was in agreement with them. If he rallied enough people, they could get the grounders away. They could finally stop pretending that things were fine.
Her eyebrows shot up at the sight of someone throwing a rock at Lincoln's head. It hit him with a loud thud and she immediately saw blood running down his face "What the hell!" Faye yelled at the guy who had thrown the rock. She didn't think of Lincoln as a grounder. Lincoln was one of them. Hell, his own people wanted him dead. "Really?" Faye snapped at him. "Why don't you go do that to the grounders currently sitting outside our gates? Lincoln's not the issue here!" God. People were going to piss her off before she could really do anything about it. Her eyes followed Abby as she ran out after Lincoln. As if he hadn't felt like he didn't belong before. This asshole hadn't helped.
Faye huffed in annoyance and watched as Pike went to talk to the guy about what he had done. She looked up at Bellamy and nodded her head at his suggestion. Faye didn't waste any time in leaving the room and heading back towards his room. Things had turned to chaos so quickly and she tried to wrap her mind around it. It wasn't long until they entered his room and Faye went to sit on his bed, resting her back against the wall. "I think we've got the majority on this," Faye began. "People aren't happy that Kane and Abby kept this from them. I mean . . . why omit something they think would be fine?" The fact that they had hidden it from everyone was what really pissed her off. "Question is, how do we handle this?"

She felt his gaze but she didn't turn to stare back at him. Any sort of affectionate glances always made her smile and she knew now was not the time to smile. Instead, she merely held onto his hand and continued to listen to people talk about their loved ones. Faye was glad that she had Bellamy by her side. She wasn't sure if she would have been able to come to the memorial without him. Faye was strong but Clarke leaving had certainly taken a toll on her. These days, the only comfort and strength she had was found in Bellamy.
He squeezed her hand before going up to talk for Gena. She offered him a soft smile in the best form of encouragement she could give him. He would do fine. She had seen him give speeches before and Bellamy knew how to talk to people, even if he would never admit it. But she had never really seen him be vulnerable in front of a large group of people and she wasn't sure how this would go. But she listened as he spoke and she smiled, immediately proud of him for saying all of those wonderful things about Gena. Faye had known Gena as well, but not nearly as well as she had known Bellamy. His speech ended and Faye kept the smile on her face. He had pulled through. He had done what she couldn't do. Faye hadn't been able to speak for Emma, but at least someone she considered family had been there to speak for her.
Guards entered the room and everyone turned to look at them immediately. A grounder army? Faye raised her eyebrows, hoping she had not heard them correctly. The grounders had no business being over here, let alone an army. Faye quickly stood from her seat and made her way over to Bellamy who had just approached Pike and the guards. She looked over at Bellamy with a concerned expression on her face before looking back over at the guards. "They're just sitting there?" She asked. They nodded and told them that no leader had approached their gates to speak of their business.
Faye opened her mouth to speak again but Kane and Abby entered the room. There was a quick conversation between the adults and Faye could see that Pike was not pleased. She didn't blame him. She was pissed too. Not only were they surrounded by people Faye considered to be enemies, but their leaders had known about it and failed to mention it. "And you just thought, what, that we wouldn't notice the three hundred grounders outside our gates?" Faye said with a scoff. Kane was delusional if he thought this would go over fine with the rest of the arkers. It wouldn't.

The question she had been asking herself all day was finally spoken out loud. Faye had someone she could speak for but she didn't know if she could. Part of her wanted to, but the other part of her knew that she couldn't. Her emotions were something that came easy when it came to Bellamy but with something like this . . . it was a little different. Her time with Bellamy was separate from everything else. It usually involved just the two of them. This would mean speaking in front of lots of people. No, Faye didn't think she could do that. "I don't know," Faye said softly. She stared at her feet as the pair walked down the hall. She wouldn't have a ton of time to figure it out. But Faye didn't want Emma to have no one to speak for her.
They walked into the room that the memorial was going to be held in. She noted chairs set up and people were even already sitting down. There was a good amount of people there already and Faye spotted Charles Pike among others that she knew. She nodded her head towards some chairs and sat down, looking at her hands in her lap. People started talking about the loved ones they had lost and how amazing they were. Faye listened intently and reached out, holding onto Bellamy's hand. She wasn't usually big on public displays of affection but right now she just wanted to feel connected to him. She wanted to remind herself that he was here and he was alive.

Faye closed her eyes and smiled when she felt his lips press against her forehead. This had never been something Faye wanted, but knowing that she had Alex by her side made her feel ten times better. A chuckle left her lips when she heard Alex begin to talk rapidly about keeping him occupied at night unless he needed to eat. Leave it to Alex to make a comment like that. She knew he was just nervous about the whole thing, but that didn't make him any less adorable. He was a dork, but at least he was her dork. Her eyes watched the two of them interact for the first time. His eyes were closed but she knew he was fairly awake from the way he moved and reacted to certain things. At least he wasn't crying. Faye was more than thankful that he wasn't inconsolable.
A smile appeared on her lips as she heard Alex talk to their son. She nodded her head at his comment, agreeing with what he said. "He still needs a name, officially," Faye pointed out. They had discussed names but they had never really decided on something concrete. They had decided to let the gender be a surprise because it wasn't like they had a nursery to paint or clothes to buy. They would make do with what was available. "I like Jace Alexander," Faye mused after a moment. "It seems to fit him." If Alex had any other ideas she would gladly hear them, as she wanted this to be something they could fully agree on.

Forget dislocating her shoulder. Forget the kidney stone she passed when she was twelve. This was the most painful thing she had ever experienced. Before she had gone into this, she knew the pain would be awful but she knew it would be worth it. But right now she did not feel like it was worth it. She felt like she wanted to go backwards nine months and make this whole thing never happen. God, she was sure everyone in camp could probably hear her screaming. She had done her best at first, she really had. Faye was a strong girl and she had a high pain tolerance, but this was awful. She wondered if this pain was as bad as the pain Raven had felt when Abby had done that surgery on her. Although she supposed she couldn't really know until Raven popped one out of her own.
Luckily, it had only taken four hours. The doctors had told her she was lucky. Labor could last double that, even triple that. Her mother had been in labor with Faye for sixteen hours according to her charts. Four hours had been hell enough. She couldn't imagine what sixteen hours would have been like. But it had been successful. Both parties came out of the event healthy and Faye felt like she wanted to sleep for ten years. Holding the baby in her arms, Faye smiled down softly at him. He was beautiful and worth it. Of course, she was only thinking that because the pain was over.
She heard her name and she looked up to see Alex. God, she was so happy to see him. Faye had been less than pleased when she found out he couldn't be with her during the birth, but Clarke had been there so she didn't feel alone. Seeing Alex, Faye moved over slightly so he could sit on the bed with her and their son. She still couldn't believe they had a son. She chuckled lightly at his words. "I'll remember that when he's screaming at three in the morning," Faye mused. She would just remind him about how it was a good way to thank her. "Hold him," she said. Faye held him out, supporting his head and she put him in Alex's hands. Leaning back, she watched the two with tired eyes.

Faye exhaled when she heard him say the thing she wanted him to say. She wouldn't have been upset if he wanted to slow things down, nor would she have blamed him. But Faye was very glad that they were on the same page. Faye knew it probably wasn't smart for her to do something like this so soon. Not only was it so soon after coming off of drugs, but it was also soon in their relationship. Or rather, whatever it was. "Good," Faye breathed. Sitting in his lap, she moved her lips against his until he leaned back down, putting her back onto the bed.
The feeling of his hand running up her side made goosebumps appear along her skin. She kept her arms wrapped around his neck, pulling his body closer to hers until there was absolutely nothing between them. He bit her lip and she groaned at the sensation. Faye then moved her legs so he could settle between them, raising them slightly so her knees were positioned near his waist.

She knew she shouldn't be telling him the feelings she had for him. She should be trying to distance herself from Hadley in order to make her leaving easier on the both of them. What was the point in getting so involved with someone you knew you couldn't be with? It was just going to cause heartbreak on both ends and Faye didn't want to experience that. But she also knew that not experiencing it would only make things worse. She would always wonder what could have been or wonder what she had robbed herself of. Faye returned his smile, even though hers was small and a bit sad. It was sad that they both knew the reality of the situation but at least neither of them were living with false hope.
He pressed his lips to hers and she kissed him back. Her arms wrapped around his neck and pulled him closer, not wanting to let him go. The feeling of his hand squeezing her waist caused a small groan to leave her lips. He wasn't making this easy on her. Because quite frankly, she wanted him. Pulling back for a moment, she rested her forehead against his. "We don't have to uhm . . . do anything you aren't ready to do." She felt awkward saying the words but Faye wanted him to know that she was fine with whatever. While Faye had been with guys before, she had no idea what sort of experience Hadley had.

He turned her body and she allowed him to. Now on her back, she was able to look at his face and into his eyes. There was something there she couldn't place. But he was able to distract her with another kiss to her lips. Faye kissed him back, placing a hand on his shoulder. He moved down and kissed her neck, causing her to close her eyes and exhale with a soft sigh. She wasn't sure if he understood how much of a hold he had over her. Hell, she didn't even think she understood how much he had a hold over her. She shrugged at his question for a moment. It was a fair question since her statement had been so loaded. But what was she supposed to say? She was torn between telling him everything she felt and just telling him a few things.
"I don't know," she said after a moment. "How much I like being here with you. How I never want to leave this bed and just stay here in this apartment. How I don't want to leave you when the time comes, because we both know it will." Not leave the apartment. No. While she didn't specify, her words referred to her having to leave the mountain. "I guess we should just . . . make the most of the time we have together, right?" She asked. But Faye felt as if they were living on borrowed time already.
