Hey @king Hahaha I'd have to agree they would most certainly butt-heads. I'd love to plot with you I think it would be super fun and interesting! Did you have anything specific in mind? I imagine there would be a looot of tension considering the fact that Raven killed a lot of grounders in season 1

"I never had a number one choice," That was…interesting. But not surprising. Raven hadn’t really thought much about it. Sure she’d heard about Bellamy and his various…escapades. Hell, that’s what got them into this mess in the first place. But she’d never really considered the fact that none of them seemed to last. The only constant relationship she’d noticed Bellamy have was the one he had with Octavia. It made her feel, special almost. Or at least less pressured to live up to any previous expectations he had. And by his words, Bellamy sounded like he’d never had an opportunity to build any expectations at all.
She gave a half-hearted smile at his joke about getting a permit. Only it didn’t really feel like a joke. Because Raven really was grateful that things were different here than on the ark. Where minor crimes would get you executed or locked up. Like her mother, like Bellamy’s sister. It was one of the few benefits of being on the ground. She supposed this was the first real opportunity for her to feel that after all the trauma they’d suffered through to get here. Maybe, with the arrival of this baby, she’d finally feel like it was worth it.
Scratching her head, Raven avoided eye contact with Bellamy. She wasn’t being very subtle in showing her discomfort at her random expression of gratitude, but she felt glad he wasn’t as obviously uncomfortable. They were only just starting to act normal about all this, keeping the atmosphere easy. But no, she had to throw a hug in there and mess that all up. And then he did it again. Mentioning how it would feel to hold her baby for the first time. “Our baby.” Her face beamed at the thought, a grin spreading across her face. God damn these hormones. She had to consciously stop herself from going in for another damn hug.
“You’ll be doing a lot of the holding too.” She added. “And feeding, and bathing, and nappy changing…” she teased, giving him a pointed look at the last point before smirking. When in reality she was getting excited about doing all those things too. She laughed at his comment about her hormones, grateful for the ease in tension about the subject. “Uhh, what’s that supposed to mean?” She asked, a playful grin on her features. “Careful with your words Bellamy, I might be pregnant but that doesn’t mean I can’t still kick your ass.”

About: Raven is a badass and has a fierce and defiant personality. She can definitely hold her own and she stands up for what she believes in and will go to extraordinary lengths for the people she loves and cares about, even if that means breaking the rules. At times she can have a short temper and react physically and even hostile towards people she doesn’t like or trust.
She isn’t afraid of getting down in the dirt and working hard. With genius intellect she was able to become the youngest Zero-G mechanic in 52 years.
Raven never had a loving family. Her mother would exchange her rations for moonshine, leaving Raven to depend on Finn Collins next door who she would eventually become romantically involved with.
With the help of Abby, Raven refurbishes an old escape pod in order to prove the Earth is survivable and prevent the deaths of 320 people. And also reunite with her boyfriend. She begins her descent to Earth just in time not knowing all that was in store for her on the ground.
Strengths: Excellent mechanic, intelligent, high pain tolerance, explosives and weapons expert
Weaknesses: Short-tempered, stubborn
Friends: Finn, Clarke, Bellamy, Wick, Octavia, and basically all the arkers as long as they're not getting on her nerves
Enemies: Grounders (except for Lincoln), Mountain Men, Reapers, and anyone else who threatens her people.
Plots: If you'd like to plot with Raven please don't hesitate to reply to this thread or send me a PM. I'm up for anything! AU or Canon. I promise she won't bite unless you want her to.

When she heard Clarke was back, Raven was over the moon. More than that, she felt a weight lift, after feeling immense relief. She’d been so afraid, and expected the worst when everyone was taken. But here she was, safe and sound, resting in her tent. Raven waited outside needing to see it for herself. To make sure she was okay.
Clarke had been sleeping for hours but Raven couldn’t move a muscle. The longer she waited the more anxious she became. Because along with wanting to check up on her, there was some news she needed to share with her as well. And it wasn’t going to be easy. Raven had barely come to terms with it herself, which was why she hadn’t told anyone, apart from Abby, who technically knew before even Raven herself. Her and Clarke’s friendship was a complicated one at best, but there was no one else in camp she would be comfortable enough telling. She felt like she could confide in Clarke. That maybe she would understand. And though Raven would never admit it, a part of her hoped Clarke would help her. She wasn’t sure if she could do this alone.
As Clarke left the tent, Raven hobbled towards her on her crutches, a grin across her face. “Clarke!” She answered, hugging her tightly. “I’m so glad you’re okay. I have some news for you too.” Here they were, the moment of truth had arrived. “You first.” Raven was aware of the fact that she was stalling, but she couldn’t help it. This was big news, and she feared Clarke’s reaction.

It was strange, talking to Clarke after so long. Finally getting the answers to the questions she’d ask herself over and over after Clarke left. She seemed to be doing okay. Healthy and safe. That’s what would worry Raven the most at night in the camp. Should she go after her, find her, bring her back? But with the state Mount Weather left her in, it wasn’t possible. Raven would just hope for the best and put her faith in Clarke’s survival skills. And now seeing Clarke before her, even if she looked different, proved her faith right. Clarke was a survivor.
“It’s hard to stay outside, as you noticed first hand.” She attempted half a smile, and shuffled up in the bed as Clarke assured her she’d be alright. “In your hands, I’m sure I will be.” Raven had witnessed Clarke’s medical skills first hand. So she certainly didn’t doubt her abilities. “It’ll take a while, but we can fix you and get you back to Camp Jaha.” You. Interesting. So Clarke didn’t intend on coming with her. Well that obviously needed to change. “Whatever you say Doc,” she said with a smile, taking the bowl from her and resting it on her lap. The stark difference in warmth between her hands and the bowl was almost painful. Raven slowly ate a spoonful, and swallowed, feeling the dull thud of the food on her empty stomach. But the pain was welcome.
“You know, I understand why you left.” It took her a while, after a lot anger and denial, but she got there in the end. “Mount Weather took a lot from us; from you.” It broke them. They all had blood on their hands, but Clarke took the brunt of it. Clarke and Bellamy. “But I’m not going back to Camp Jaha alone.”

"I know that I'm not your top choice for the father." Well she couldn’t exactly deny that. Who would have thought she’d have a baby with Bellamy Blake. They weren’t always exactly friends, let alone anything more. Hell she distinctly remembered holding a knife to his throat with his hand wrapped around hers. How far they had come. Raven was at least sure of the respect she had for the man. He was the reason they were all here, alive. Mount Weather ripped away whatever innocence that remained and left them broken with blood on their hands. It kept her up at night. Every night. That’s why it could never work with Wick. She didn’t want to snuff out his light.
But perhaps this child would bring a little bit of that innocence back. The thought brought her some comfort and she suspected it did the same for Bellamy. “You’ll do.” She said offering a teasing smile. “I doubt I’m your number one choice as the mother of your child either.” They would make quite the pair.
For now, her doubts had subsided and she really believed in the promises he was offering her. They were like lifeboats and she eagerly held on to each one for dear life. “We'll go see Abby tomorrow to get a proper check up.” She smiled at him. A real genuine smile. Sure they weren’t each other’s first choice but this was the card they’d been dealt. And he was really going to do this with her. “That would probably be best. Poor Abby’s probably a little worried.” Especially after seeing the speed with which she bolted. "I can ask Monty what he can make to help soothe the nausea." Raven suddenly stepped forward and embraced him. Hugging him tightly for a moment before immediately stepping back. She quickly cleared her throat and smoothed down her clothes. “Yeah thanks. I’d like that. Morning sickness sounds like a bitch.” She didn’t know what came over her. She felt grateful and apparently decided to show it. It was as much a shock to her as it probably was to him. “Hormones,” she quickly added referring to the hug, waving her hand and using the excuse to hopefully get past it and maybe pretend it didn’t happen.

“I’m not trusting them anytime soon, save for Lincoln.” Good because they couldn’t be trusted. Raven still even held doubts about Lincoln, but as far as grounders went he seemed the most human at least. The most capable of love and mercy. “They killed Finn.” Raven looked at Clarke and chose not to contradict her. While she still held some resentment for Clarke and probably always would, she would never forget who the real enemy was. The grounders were the real reason Finn was dead. Putting a hand on Clarke’s arm, she kept her eyes on her and spoke. “They did, and they’ll pay for it. I swear.” Even if she had to take them all on herself. “Maybe not now, but when this is all over, they will pay.”
Raven listened intently as Clarke spoke. She sounded like such a strategist, like a leader it made Raven feel something akin to pride. That was until she remembered that Clarke was just a kid, they all were. She shouldn’t have to deal with all this. Risky alliances, people’s lives…and deaths. She’d been forced to undertake this responsibility and Raven could at least pity that. The ground changed them all, it broke them and forced them to do whatever it took to survive. And Raven’s hands weren’t exactly clean of blood either. "We should focus on keeping Bellamy alive." Right down to business. “Exactly, we. You’re not doing this all on your own Clarke. We’re all going to help you.” She didn’t have to carry that weight on her own. Along with everyone, Raven would carry it with her, even on her bum leg. “I’ll work on the radio to stay in contact with Bellamy on the inside. It’s going to work. We’re going to beat them and save our friends.” She had to believe that.

Raven’s eyes kept darting towards the soup as Clarke explained their particular surroundings. She couldn’t help it. Her body still felt like ice cold water was flowing through her veins instead of blood and the heat she could feel practically radiating from the food attracted her eyes. She slouched down again, no longer needing to take a defensive stance. It was still Clarke after all. And frankly Raven no longer had the energy. So she finally allowed herself to feel some relief. Raven knew Clarke was a fighter, that there was no doubt she could survive on her own. But there were times when she couldn’t help but worry about the other woman, always avoiding thoughts about the possibility that she could be captured by grounders…or worse. But here she was safe. Different but safe, and that brought Raven some comfort at least.
“You’re safe here.” Raven wasn’t quite sure about that. But for now she would trust Clarke, not really having any other choice. Not in the state she was in. “I always wondered where you’d been all this time, you kind of left without even saying goodbye.” Raven didn’t mean in an accusatory way, she partly understood why Clarke left the way she did. Especially after the events in Mount Weather. “I’m glad you’re okay,” she finally said after being unsure of how best to convey her relief at seeing Clarke alive and well. “Not sure if I can say the same for me,” she continued, feeling the numbness from the cold slowly ebb away only to be replaced by sharp pain, starting from her lower back where the bullet had been removed. It was a sensitive area, as her limbs also slowly fell to the bed from exhaustion, as if she'd been carrying a ton of bricks.

“Maybe add in my name and say it slower!?" Raven folded her arms and ignored him, pretending she couldn’t hear him. There was no way she’d make the same mistake twice. "I love it when you talk dirty to me." Changing the subject to their work she rolled her eyes but couldn’t help but smirk slightly at his words. She shared an appreciation for mechanical science with Wick that she didn’t share with anyone else, not even Finn. It was refreshing that she could say whatever she wanted and he would just get it and get just as excited about it as her. He loved his job just as much as she loved hers. That was rare and she appreciated it.
"I am more worried about you being able to follow the plan with out deviating and screwing something up." He was teasing her. She knew that, but the words still frustrated her. Wick was too good at that. Damn engineers and their massive egos. “I’ll have you know, I’m an excellent mechanic and any deviation will be an improvement…you know in case parts of your design suck.” She said with a triumphant smile. And then proceeded to use her marker to finish and slightly edit…improve, an equation he’d started before he’d so rudely interrupted her. “You’re welcome.” She said, stepping back and holding the pen out to him, offering Wick the most innocent smile she could muster before it quickly turned into an all-out grin. Oh god…was she…having fun? With Wick? Impossible.

Raven had almost completely healed physically. Well, as much as she was ever going to. And to the outside world she seemed about as okay as everyone else. But she wasn’t okay, none of them were after everything they’d been through. Everything they did to survive. Only Wick could really see through the act, but he had the good sense not to pry too much. So she kept herself busy, helping out whenever she could. Not so much with any physical stuff, not since her leg, but if anything needed fixing, she was the girl to do it. Naturally she jumped at the chance to help turn Mecha Station into the Outpost. It was familiar to her, and reminded her of a time before all hell broke loose after arriving on the ground.
On her way to the old station, she felt excited. A feeling that was so rare these days it almost felt foreign to her. As she made her way into the quarters she was assigned, she saw Monty and smiled as he greeted her. “I didn’t notice you on the walk here.” She gestured towards her leg in the brace. “I took me a little while to catch up with you,” she said with a slight chuckle, attempting a sort of joke to ease the mood. Since they were sharing this space, they were going to be seeing a lot of each other. “Have they briefed you on what we need to do this time?” She didn’t know much but she was eager and willing to learn. “Not really. I didn’t give them much of chance to.” As soon as she heard they were setting up the outpost she immediately volunteered. “Needed to get out of Camp, you know? You could brief me,” she said, saying it as more of a statement than question.

Raven definitely felt surprise when Kyle held her face in his hands and kissed her, really kissed her, but it wasn’t unwelcome. It only took her a second to get over the shock and kiss him back. And that kiss meant something. She felt him pour his love into it, his heart and soul, and for the first time in god knows how long she felt like she could finally do the same. Raven rested her hands on his arms as he broke the kiss, wanting a part of her to stay in contact with him. She smiled brightly up at Wick, feeling euphoria in that moment. It was a perfect moment, and those were especially rare these days, so she wanted to hang on to it as long as she could. And by his words, Wick felt the same way. "Can the baby look like me?" She gave a short laugh as he continued, complimenting her. “Hell no, the baby should look like me,” she began with a smirk. “I’m a goddamn queen,” she teased, feeling comfortable. Raven felt a massive weight lift from her chest after telling him the truth about how she felt, and learning that he felt the same. “Glad we’re on the same page finally.” Things would be easier now without an elephant in the room. “Which was of course totally not my fault by the way,” she said with a small smile. Raven was well aware that she had been the one to constantly put the brakes on or restart their relationship, always keeping her heart guarded. She didn’t want to endure heartbreak again, the vivid memory of which always kept her wary when she was with Wick. It hadn’t been fair to him. But now things were different; she finally admitted the truth to herself and to Kyle. Risking her heart again, and hoping he would keep it safe.

“The world is that cruel.” Raven listened to Clarke continue and looked down at her leg remembering the pain she’d endured. This world had broken her, and left her damaged physically, and now emotionally too. It left her only with anger, and sadness to fill that void. She’d lost the only family she’d ever had and now she was just supposed to accept that and move on. It wasn’t fair, too much had been taken from her. “You’re not the only one.” Raven looked down at Clarke, finally hearing some emotion in her voice, some humanity. Like she did feel something, the pain of losing him. She probably shouldn’t have but Raven felt a little better because of it. Not because she was glad Clarke was in pain, but because at least she wasn’t alone in missing him this deeply.
“I just want to get it over with and hopefully live in peace now.” She wasn’t sure if Clarke was being naïve or maybe Raven was being pessimistic, but she didn’t buy it. Any group of people who could only achieve peace through death, wasn’t going to keep it that way for long. She knew that because on the ark they had no mercy, and look where they were now. Half the population were dead they were constantly threatened by death, and on the brink of war. No mercy worked out so great. “I’ll do what I can to help with that.” Probably starting with the radio. “But let me give you some advice, Clarke,” she began, looking Clarke in the eye. “Don’t count on peace with the grounders.” Who knew how long it would last? “You can’t ever trust them.”
