A teacher. Specially for young children. I like children. They are innocent, still able to see the good in everyone. And their sass is always amusing.

If you could swap bodies with anyone, who would it be and why?
Clarke would be my first choice. Not because I want to be pretty like her, or strong like her. I want her to feel how I feel, to be able to still see beauty in the world and to rid her of her guilt for a little while.

What's your favorite food?
I don't think I have anything in particular that is a favorite. I like fish, which is good since fishing isn't that dangerous. As long as I don't have to eat bugs or lick moss of trees, I won't complain.

And while you are sitting indoors waiting for the storm to pass I will be outside dancing in the rain
❧ Leiana smiled softly but looked away when an sad expression overcame her features. "I think it was in Mount Weather. We were having dinner with the others." Leiana remembered that day vividly, it was when Clarke had finally given in and eaten their food. Leiana hadn't felt safe in that mountain. She had thought it was too good to be true and had sided with Clarke without hesitation but she hadn't been able to help her friend at that time. Leiana would have been a burden so hadn't tried to tag along when Clarke was investigating, or when she escaped. Knowing what she did now, she wished she had have gone with Clarke instead of staying behind.
She pushed those thoughts from her mind, not liking the memories of Jasper fawning over Maya, or when they had learned they were practically prisoners of the mountain men, or when they had become their little lab rats. Leiana shook her head to dislodge such thoughts and turned to look at the blonde at her side. "You always have me, whatever you need, Clarke. A friendly face, nice conversation, quiet company. You know that." And Leiana meant that. She admired Clarke, liked her beyond words. If she was to be bold, she thought of Clarke as one of her best friends.
"Do you remember when we landed? The first party we had?" She said suddenly, changing the conversation to something that would hopefully not cause either of them any guilt or sorrow. "Monty had made moonshine and we went wild. Dancing, drinking, singing." She was smiling now, stifling a laugh as she thought about the tomfoolery they had gotten up to without adult supervision. "I don't think I've ever felt so free as I did that night."

Leiana hadn't seen the orange clouds approaching but had found the cave before the fog was upon her. She slipped inside, relieved to had found settle before the storm hit. Leiana walked slowly forward, her head on a swivel, looking out for dangers even through she had trouble seeing in the dark. Except it wasn't dark. And if she looked into the furthest corner of the cave there was a fire burning, and if she squinted hard enough she could see a figure seated at that fire. It was a woman whom was unfamiliar to the teenager.
For a long minute Leiana stood motionless, her mind blank as she struggled to process this realization. Leiana had known the the grounders frequented the forests but had never imagined running into one of them without the other delinquents. At least she was assuming it was a grounder. Crap. Panic shot through her once again but she remained motionless, trying to appear non-threatening. "Hello...?" There was a knife in her boot, if she could get to it without rousing suspicion then she at least stood a chance.

And while you are sitting indoors waiting for the storm to pass I will be outside dancing in the rain
❧ How long had she been here, a day, two days? The others had to have noticed she was missing. Someone had to have noticed her absence -- Clarke, Gena, Bellamy, anyone. God she should never had come here but forethought was not something Leiana took into consideration when someone was dictating what she could and couldn't do. So she had snuck out in the dead of night, when the guards were changing shifts, and into the Azgeda territory here in Polis. All so she could gather information on the enemy because the self-important adults, had said it was no place for a child let alone a blind one.
Leiana wanted to prove them wrong. She had wanted to be spiteful because her feelings were hurt. The adults had come down to earth and taken over as though they weren't the ones responsible for sending her and ninety-nine other delinquents to their deaths. But Kane and Abby had been right, she wasn't cut out to be a spy. She had been found while skulking about and now she hurt all over. The Azgeda warrior that had taken her prisoner had seemed to enjoy punishing her when she struggled. She remembered him hitting her in the face, and then nothing as she blacked out.
Sometime later she'd awoken alone in a room. Her wrists were bound together, the rope rubbing her skin raw when she tried to free herself. Her face hurt, a lip split, a cheek swollen, an eye bruised. She was alone with her thoughts. Leiana imagined that worst of the worst -- torture, rape, death by a thousand cuts. Each thought was worse then the last and left tears streaking down her face. Without warning the door opened and Leiana scrambled to her feet. She retreated into a corner until her back hit the wall, thinking it would somehow make it harder to get to her. She felt like a wounded animal trapped in a cage with no way out.

And while you are sitting indoors waiting for the storm to pass I will be outside dancing in the rain
❧ Leiana had decided that she needed a girly day—just a few hours where she wasn't fighting for her life or worrying about you might die next. A night where she could let her hair down and get silly, talk about boys and feel like a normal human being again. That wasn't too much to ask, was it?
But at the same time she wasn't certain who to invite. She was loyal—very much so—to the one-hundred that was sent to the ground but they were all so vastly different. There was only one person she wanted to invite. One person she wanted to spend more time with and get to know better and that was Gena.
The two of them were similar in many ways. Some of the older adults had taken to saying how both she and Gena saw the light everywhere they looked. That was just one of the reasons why Leiana liked Gena—it was nice to find someone who truly understood how she felt.

Panic quickly overcame logic when Leiana realized she'd wandered too far from the others. She shouldn't have come with them--it was stupid and dangerous but she was so sick of being stuck at camp. She had been a prisoner to her fears on the Ark, then a prisoner again when she was arrested, and then once more to the camp. She wanted a little freedom. But this might have been too much.
The wind was picking up and she could smell moisture in the air--a prelude to the coming storm. Now that she'd been on the ground for a while, and having taken Earth Skills on the Ark, she knew that the wind tended to carry the rain in and it wouldn't be long until it was on them. And as if to make matters worse, it was getting dark too. There was no way she would make it back before nightfall.
Shit. This is bad. Her panic increased as she moved nosily through the trees. She was trying to move quickly and trying to stay low to avoid grounders and wild animals alike. There had to be a cave or something nearby; somewhere she could take shelter for the night before trying to find camp in the morning.

If Clarke had have attacked Lexa instead of killing Finn, what do you think would have happened? Do you think the grounders would have left anyone alive? Or do you think you could have beaten them?
