This activity is a great way to have some light hearted fun with your muse and help get into their heads! For those who have been on tumblr, you may be familiar with memes! They are prompts that rpers send to others as thread starters and such! They can be sentence prompts, symbol prompts, etc. We thought to bring this fun activity to the site! It is not mandatory, but if you would like to participate in it, take a moment to read the guidelines of how it works!

• Each meme will have a separate sub-board within this board. It will be titled the name of the meme. Within it, there will be a stickied thread that will list the prompts for the meme. If you would like to accept memes for it, then you must reply to that thread saying "Accepting!" or "Accepted!" etc! Just anything to let other members know that you are participating in that particular meme. If there are any prompts in the list that you may not feel comfortable accepting, then please make note of it in your "Accepting" post so that others know not to tag you in it. Please note that if you play multiple characters, you must reply to the meme thread as EACH of those characters.
• Once you have accepted, others are then free to send you that meme. How does this work?! You start a thread in that sub-board, choosing whatever title you please. You then post the symbol or starter for the other person and you MUST tag that member [@usernamehere] in the thread. You are welcome to shoot them a message just in case they miss the notification.
• You do not have to be accepting the meme yourself in order to tag other people in the meme. So long as the member you are tagging has accepted it, then you can start a thread and tag them in it.
• Once the member has been tagged, they and ONLY they, can then reply to the starter. It is muse specific. So for example, if you were tagged under your Octavia account, then you can only reply as Octavia. The thread is only for the participants tagged in it and if more would like to join, then it must be discussed with the two involved in the thread.
• If you want to send more than one prompt to either the same character or another, you must start a separate thread. One thread per prompt! There is no limit as to how many times you can tag a person in a meme but please just be sure to check with the mun if you wish to start multiple threads for them via tagging.
• There is no required length for meme responses. They can be anywhere from a sentence, to a few paragraphs. They can even be just dialogue! You can also add in images/gifs if you like! It is entirely up to you.
• Once the thread has reached its end, please PM the staff so that we know to move it to the archives.
• Please be advised that posts here may not necessarily count as your posts for the week. It is dependent on your activity level.
• This activity is not meant to place pressure or stress on anyone! It is purely for some fun in character shenanigans for everyone to take part in!
• If you find a meme that you would like to do on the site, or have made on up yourself, you can post it in the "Request A Meme" thread or PM it to us and we will gladly create a board for it!
• New memes will be added sporadically and there is no deadline of when you can accept them. If you are no longer accepting them, please reply once more to the initial meme post saying "No longer accepting". We will have a masterlist in the post of those currently accepting the meme. This will be helpful for new members on the site who would like to partake in this activity.
