No worries, @lexa! I won't be able to post tonight either, it's already late over here. But I can try to have something up tomorrow soon as I get back home, I have the day off anyway; just need to get something done in the morning. I'm looking forward to these threads!!

@lexa, awesome! So we could start them off with a training thread where there's lots of tension and anger, then definitely have the follow up thread. We could even have a few threads here and there to build up and see how their relationship develops. It'd also be really cool to have a thread where these two need to fight through something together (maybe reapers or traitor grounders) and they could both be tested and whatnot.

[googlefont="Amatic SC:400"] aint it fun Their ways of living might have appeared as savagery in the eyes of anyone from the outside. Hell, even Leilah disagreed at times, there were somethings her people reacted to with too much aggression that seemed rather unnecessary at times. But when it came to war, when it came to bloodshed; they wanted nothing but justice. Although, vengeance could also get the best of most of them, leading them them to retaliate blindly without any sign of mercy. And thus, no words emitted from her when she parted her lips. She wasn’t certain when her people would stop; but she had an idea it wouldn’t be until either all or the majority of her people were pleased, or in case their leader merely called them off. Though if she would do something likely, Leilah knew that no one from her clan would be particularly happy with the her. ‘‘I can’t tell you that,’’ she finally managed to let out something.
Leilah doubted they had many enemies to worry about at this time. Their leader had already brought together the twelve clans, and before the skaikru invaded a part of their territory, they only had-- and still have-- to watch out from reapers and the Mountain Men, along with the traitors who’d been banished. ‘‘Perhaps we should.’’ Lei stated rather nonchalantly, lowering her gaze, momentarily.
‘‘Would you have preferred to exchange profanities?’’ With an arched brow, she glanced at the skyboy with a narrowed yet quizzical gaze. She never found a rational motive to detest the sky people, not the way she did the Mountain Men for continuously attacking her people and reprogramming the mindset of those caught, turning them into something despicable. ‘‘You saved me, consider this me repaying you.’’ Though perhaps she owed him more than a civil conversation, Leilah let a shrug roll off the base of her shoulders as she continued. ‘‘And I would suppose most of them have a personal vendetta against your kind,’’ that or they were loyal enough to their leader that they didn't even try to inquire her as to why they hated the sky-fallen. Though, perhaps the wisest thing to do would be not to question the Heda.

@lexa, yesss, absolutely!! And I guess Leilah's attitude would depend on when their training takes place. If it's around the beginning of season 1, there could be more tension between the two; I could see Leilah blaming Lexa at first instead of her parents but she would still have to respect her Heda. xD

[googlefont="Amatic SC:400"] aint it fun The unfamiliarity behind the word he had called her was the reason behind Lei furrowing her eyebrows in confusion, momentarily, as she put away her bottle. Though, when she put two and two together, Lei just shook her head imperceptibly and resisted the scoff stuck in her throat. She found it slightly amusing, in a sort of way, but said nothing more of it and let the subject pass.
Leilah had never been good with showing any sign of gratitude, it always gave away a discomforting feeling that made her quite awkward; her only way out of it was attempting to smoothly show it indirectly. Thus, she responded to his dismissal with a simple nod. However, as he continued Leilah lowered her gaze to conceal the scarcely noticeable knowing smirk that formed on her lips. She wasn’t proud of the way her people addressed the situation of these sky people landing within their territory, though she was very well aware that they all had reacted the way they did with good reason. Unfortunately, whatever her opinion was, she doubted it would even matter; she was already known to have disobeyed their rules by sheltering a being her people saw as nothing more than a disgrace, a stain. ‘‘My people only want blood to answer blood…’’ She argued on their behalf, despite her disagreement with them concerning that matter. But that wasn’t anything she felt comfortable enough to share, more so with the enemy she currently was at war with, thus she swallowed her opinion, as much as she was itching to voice it. ''But maybe you're right...we shouldn't be wasting all those spears and arrows.'' She made an attempt at a slightly dark joke, the ghost of a smirk lurking in the corner of her lips.

[googlefont="Amatic SC:400"] aint it fun Perhaps it was unnecessary, but Leilah still offered aid in pushing the boulder to block the deadly fog out as quick as possible. She allowed herself to take a second to breath out, before reacting in pure instinct when she felt the stranger’s hand clasp around her arm. With her free hand she grasped for her dagger, ready to defend herself if needed. Although, when she realized that he had only done so to move her before what amount of fog had slipped into the cave made contact with any bare part of her skin, the grounder let herself relax some without dropping her guard. Tucking her dagger back, she eyed the sky person from the corner of her eye warily. ‘‘ You’re from the sky people?’’ She stated more to herself rather than questioned him.
Leilah had never met one before, she always successfully eluded being sent to attack any of them. It was safe to say that she believed her leader could be unnecessarily hard on outsiders, though not without good reason; they had dark histories with other outsiders and former enemies. But without given a valid reason to take the life of anyone innocent, Leilah would never proceed to follow such order blindly. Nonetheless, that didn’t mean that she would simply embrace a sky person. Startled by the echo of his voice, Leilah tipped her head in confusion. ‘‘ Shouldn’t I be the one thanking you?’’ Her orbs glimmered with mischief, despite her grim facial expression as she dropped her pack on the ground and sat down on one knee next to it. Fishing out her bottle which had lost a fair dose of needed water, Leilah proceeded to satisfy her parched throat.

[googlefont="Amatic SC:400"] aint it fun Leilah observed every single thing within the arkers camp, taking mental notes to secrectly study the things that stood out to her. She had been amongst the warriors who had been sent to their Camp to train, and possibly the only to be elated about it, although she kept her composure. It had been a while since the last time Lei trained to improve her combat skills. In the back of her mind, Lei knew that she wasn’t as good as she at least was before, but that didn’t necessarily mean that she was a weak opponent. And she was given the opportunity to change that. It also wouldn’t hurt her if she could admit that she needed it, especially after her encounter with a reaper a while ago when she was patrolling alone.
Her legs were rather sore after sitting down in a squatting position for too long. Feeling the need to stretch her muscles, that’s exactly what she did. Rising up only to make her way over to the area where people had created a circle like a barrier of human beings, encaptivating those who challenged each other or merely trained with anyone who was willing, Lei slowly unarmed herself. She looked around for anyone willing to train with her as she passed through the circle with a quizzical expression on her face.

[googlefont="Amatic SC:400"] aint it fun Night had almost completely fallen when Leilah had already gotten situated on higher ground where she could keep an eye on her village. She had been assigned to patrol for until she was told otherwise, and she had been already. But if she was to be frank with herself; Leilah had nothing better to do, thus she had eagerly offered to take an extra shift. With the help of one of her daggers, she had climbed up in a tree, taking shelter in its leaves and away from anyone’s sight.
Her head instantly perked at the sound of crunching leaves, cautiously rotating on the branch she stood on, Leilah furrowed her brows at the sight of what appeared to her as a silhouette of someone. Placing her hands on a lower branch, she hauled her body over it only to land on the ground with a dagger pulled out. ‘‘Show yourself!’’ She called out into the darkness, assuming this person wouldn’t be of her clan. Then there was the sound of crunching leaves again, but clearer and faster than it had been earlier. Raising her dagger, Leilah’s muscles tensed when she felt an obnoxious sensation on the back of her neck. She rather sensed than heard the person as they appeared behind her, turning just in time to block a strong blow which had been aimed for her head. Her arm drew back quickly and she let her fist collide with the face of whoever her attacker was. Seemingly unphased by her blow, the reaper only grabbed her shoulders to throw her against a tree.
Grunting at the impact, Leilah drew her machete in hopes of landing a slash deep enough to give herself a head start. Granted, her weapon had harmed the reaper enough to get him on one knee, but instead of taking off she reached for her poisonous dagger to end the former grounder’s misery. Rather his soul rested than live such a hellish fate. But when Lei aimed for her last blow, he had grabbed her hand with both of his, twisting it until the pointy end of her dagger was directed at her. And with her other hand, Lei used the hilt of her machete to hit his temple right after he had embedded her own weapon within her abdomen. She then wrenched herself free from his grasp, pulling the dagger out in the process. Covering her wound, Leilah swiftly began to stagger back towards her village, forced to scramble every now and then.

[googlefont="Amatic SC:400"] aint it fun The small puddle of water resembled liquefied crystal as the sun which hung high above the grounder’s head reflected itself, shining in its glory. Dipping her hands first, Leilah cupped a handful only to raise it to her lips before she proceeded to fill her dried out bottle with fresh water. She wasn’t far from her village, though having been deprived of water for hours, she was quite parched and couldn’t help herself. Leilah left her village at dawn to accompany another warrior to patrol. However, things had gotten out of control when he had left her in search for something-- or perhaps someone, Leilah had just barely caught bits of his sentence before he tore through the trees in his way, leaving her dumbfounded and conflicted. She wasn’t certain whether she should have sprinted after him or if he had ordered her to stay behind. Thus, she decided to do the former and follow his tracks.
That was up until she had completely lost him. She had been searching for him for what felt like hours and she eventually had to give up and return before she endangered herself. Although danger was inevitable on Earth, Lei knew the woods like the back of her hand; she had spent most of her younger days hunting and training with her father, mostly on higher grounds. Suddenly, before Leilah could finish filling her bottle, a black lump had blurred passed her hand. Swiftly turning on the base of her heels, still in a crouching position, Leilah narrowed her eyes at the lone insect shuffling farther away from her. Seemingly putting as much distance between itself and an invisible force as possible. Stiffening in her position, Leilah clamped her eyes shut momentarily before she shot up upon her feet and muttered incoherent curses under her breath. And in the blink of an eye, Leilah tucked her unlocked bottle in the pack she carelessly slung across her shoulder and ran the opposite direction of the insect. Determined to get to her village for shelter before it was too late.
Dodging loose tree branches and stumbling on rocks, Leilah mustered what strength she could find in her legs to move faster. Her gaze narrowed at a shape running towards her, assuming it was the warrior she had left with, she allowed herself to slow down slightly. As the shape became clearer, Leilah looked back and forth between the guy who had already passed her by and the direction she was headed as his words registered in her mind. Hesitantly, she pivoted and took off after the unfamiliar guy. ‘’It’s not far behind. Hurry.’’ She called out behind him. Catching up within seconds, Leilah threw her body forwards barely catching herself onto the edges of the cave opening. Reaching out, she felt on the stone wall for anything to use as a shield. Glancing over her shoulder, she searched for the stranger to ensure he had made it in with her. Just then she felt an odd bump on the wall, returning her attention back to it. ‘’Here, give me a hand.’’

As of current, I have only two basic starter ideas for Leilah. One where she could interact with an arker could be when she's caught spying on them out of pure curiosity. And the other where she could interact with one of her own could be when at some point due to an incident, Lei realizes her skills in fighting is rather rusty due to her lack of training lately and thus, she decides to train with anyone deemed fit.
These are just some starter ideas I wanted to toss out there to have Leilah get situated; we could always and preferably elaborate on any of them, if interested!

It'd be awesome to have them thread! Like it says in her bio, Leilah actually admires the mercy Clarke showed during Finn's execution even though she was one amongst the grounders who wanted blood to answer blood, so I believe Leilah would be very civil towards her yet wary as well. But yeah, they could either be collecting herbs or perhaps say that someone, either a grounder or arker has been fatally injured and either of these two seek for help, depending on who's hurt.
