Zaliah had been out in search of more herbs to create the elixir she needed to heal one of the more serious wounds. It would help the wound heal and keep it clean as it did heal. But she couldn't seen to find the damn plant that she needed. It had been a struggle to find lately and it was probably because of the cooling temperatures. She made her way deeper into the woods and soon heard the random sound of a boy talking to himself. She perked a brow at him before shaking her head. Skaikru....She let out a soft sigh before looking closer. They were on a three month cease fire, but that...that there was something that would kill him. If she left him to die, would they think she did it, but what if they find out she could have stopped it. Son of a bitch, she had to stop that freaking gorilla from ripping the kids face off.
She strung her bow and let the arrow fly, but the kid was spooked by the sound the panther made. Her arrow buried itself into his leg and she let out an annoyed sigh. "Pauna." She called out to him. As if he knew what that meant. She jumped down from the small cliff she was hiding on and ran towards him. She notched another arrow and struck the gorilla. It when down and turned, running in the other direction. The kid was obviously in pain. She narrowed her eyes at him and put her bow away before putting her hands up. "I mean you no harm...I was aiming for the pauna." She took in a breath before looking down at his leg. It was going to have to be mended or he would get infection and die. But would he trust her....she wasn't going to give him that option. She grabbed the boy around his waist and pulled him to her before picking him up and carrying him towards her hut.

Roan and Zaliah, both Azgeda and both very uh, shall we say anti social? I would love to see how these two get on.
Granted she would be nothing but respect because he is her prince. So there is that, but perhaps a bit of hm....banter?

Sylva was sick when Zale was not more than twelve years old. But her mother refused to give up on living, so she went out into battle and was cut down. Her mother didn't come back and when she didn't come back, it was the day that Zales knew that being a healer was her destiny, she didn't want to be a warrior like her mother. Zaliah had shown signs of being a healer very young. She started learning from the clan's healer and she never stopped. Even when she hit marrying age at eighteen. Marriage wasn't on her mind, making children and getting with men of her clan wasn't on her mind. She didn't want to be a breeder.
She hid the fact that she had any fighting skills, she was afraid if they found out she was good with a sword that they wouldn't allow her to be a healer. With her mother gone, she wanted to do something with her life that had meaning. It was why she started studying herbs and healing. When she reached the age of sixteen, she started healing some of the minor wounds. Getting her clan back on their feet after minor cuts or a fever. Her father wasn't happy with the fact that she went healer, but he didn't have a choice. It was what she was destined for and the Clan knew it.
As Zales grew up, she soon realized that settling down and having a family wasn't something she interested in. She wanted to stay single as long as she could. Children weren't in her future and as much as her father pleaded with her, she refused. At the age of twenty, she had her first kill. It was an accident but she knew her warrior training would come in handy. She started carrying a sword when she went out. She wouldn't be caught off guard like that again, she didn't need guards, she had her own sword, her mothers sword.
