Just think of it in a world where both of them had lived to see peace between the Grounders and Skikru. Charlotte tells him of her nightmares and of how she almost killed Wells (because this is a nice world and he's alive too).
And instead of condemning her for it all, he simply is in wonder of how peaceful her life must of have been before everything. He decides to be a great warrior to protect her, so they can get married someday. He even promises to teach her the ways of the warrior life, but alway teaches her how to think with a civil and peaceful mind, so she doesn't end up hurting herself or others.
I think they would of made a cute lil' fluff love couple. He'd be shy at holding hands and she'd say "well, we are going to married one day, so you'll have to get used to it!" and it'd be adorable. |
