this is not YOUR DAMN ARMY Leverage. That was one thing they needed to take with them. They had two willing people; a doctor and some random man. But alongside them, McCreary had taken someone else. He'd been watching Clarke closely and saw that this other woman seemed to be well acquainted with her. Besides, it was not as if she made a difficult target. She was rather easy to apprehend and McCreary did just that. Instructing his men to get her, they knocked her out and threw her over her shoulder as easily as they would a sack of potatoes.
Once back in the ship, they ventured from the bunker and made their way back to their camp. As they got off the ship, McCreary instructed them to tie her up. She was out for most of the night but upon first light, the guard keeping watch informed McCreary that she was waking up. Good. About damn time. He went into the room to see her start to stir. Well, he would help her along with that. Taking a bowl of cold water he tossed it on her face to jolt her into consciousness. "Morning," he greeted, nonchalanty -- almost eerily so -- as he casually placed the bowl on the table and looked at the woman.

And while you are sitting indoors waiting for the storm to pass I will be outside dancing in the rain
❧ The cold water was extremely effective. Leiana woke with a violent jolt, gasping and jerking against her restraints. The first thing she noticed was that she was somewhere she didn't recognise, the second was that she was tied up and on the ground. Leiana struggled furiously, and pointlessly against the restraints, not loosening them at all and only succeeding in pinching and chaffing her wrists. Except when he spoke she completely froze.
His voice was worse then the water, was sickeningly casual; as though he hadn't just kidnapped her and tied her up. The memories came back to her slowly, like poison seeping into her mind. It made her shiver. Leiana looked up at him slowly, hesitantly as she held her breath, hoping desperately. It wasn't. Her vision was blurred from the blow to the head, as well as her own disability, but this was definitely not a dream.
Leia couldn't remember his name at this very moment but remembered that he was bad news. He was a criminal, that much was common knowledge. And that he was dangerous. But then again... so were the grounders, and the mountain men, and they'd survive against them somehow. Her heart was still thundering in her chest in panic when she managed to sit up, edging a little away from him despite her resolve to not be afraid. "What do you want?" He voice was horse, her throat aching.
