whatever THE HELL WE WANT Sanctum was far from perfect, but it was the only option they had right now. Russell had agreed to let them stay close to their palace which would provide protection from the toxins in the air that had nearly caused them to kill each other. Fortunately, no one actually had and if a stab wound on his leg was the result, then Bellamy was all too relieved it was just a simple wound that would heal.
None the less, it caused a bit of a limp as he made his way back to the ship, not about to miss this moment. They were waking up some of the others from Cryo and that included, their son: Cato. Santcum would be as safe as it ever would and leaving him in Cryo in the ship also made him vulnerable.
Bellamy wasn't about to leave him alone for another second if it was avoidable. So once they entered the ship, they moved straight to his pod. Bellamy gently took Echo's hand in his own and turned to look at her with a small smile upon his lips. "Ready?" He hadn't known it was possible to miss someone so much. While it had only been a few days of his own consciousness since he'd seen his son . . . it truly felt like a lifetime.

Echo hadn't expected to like motherhood so much, or to have taken too it like she did. As a warrior, she was built to fight, and motherhood hadn't been something she'd ever thought about. Feeling the warmth on her hand, she smiled over at her son's father. "Ready." She promised, and gave his hand a squeeze before reaching for the blanket that she'd brought their young son.
Bellamy would enter the codes, and wake up their son. Echo hadn't missed the slight limp that he had, and knew he needed to rest it. Resting her hands on the glass she waited for him to tell the computer what to do. "And he'll wake up safe?" she asked, knowing that Bellamy wouldn't risk their son, but still needing to know.
The world of the sky people was one she had learned over the time she spent watching them, and the five years she'd spent on the ark in space. She never had imagined worlds beyond theirs and the fact that she was among the ones who now walked on another plant was heavy. She wanted this world to be better then the ones they had known. She wanted him to grow strong, but unburrened by the fight or die that she'd known her who her live.
