Cage is a man of average build and above average height. As a member of the Mount Weather Security Detail, he keeps in top physical shape. He has dark brown hair which is slightly longer at the back of his head, dark brown eyes and a pale complexion. A prominent feature Cage has is his smile; which is both charming and entirely untrustworthy.

Cage has all the traits of a natural leader; he is charismatic, ambitious, and inspiring. He is able to sooth the concerns and fears of his people with reassuring words because he cares deeply for them. He is also able to sway them to his cause just as easily as he is very persistent about impressing his own ideologies on those around him.

He is also desperate to give the people of Mount Weather a future that does not include being secluded in the bunker. He is ruthless in this pursuit, willing to make the hard choices, the morally questionable choices.

Cage Lee Wallace, like all the citizens of Mount Weather, was born withing the secure bunker and has never known a life outside the walls. He was fortunate to be born into a life of privilege, one which afforded him more opportunity than most, but by no means was he spoiled. He was born into a live of presidency; his grandfather was the President of Mount Weather until his death, at which time his father, Dante Wallace, took up the mantle.

He was held to high standards, expected to represent his family in a manner befitting them. During his childhood he was well-liked by both the other children and adults; he was raised to be a courteous young man and ambitious, so has always striven for the best. This reflected through his teenage years and well into his adult years.

Cage worked closely with the security team of Mount Weather, and at some point during his life put him in charge of the Cerberus Project. In this position he worked closely with Doctor Lorelei Tsing, who was in charge of the Harvest Project. The extent of their working and personal relationship is not well known outside of a select few.

Cage and Lorelei work closely together, often in secret, to find a way for their people to return to the outside world. Their methods are often brutal, and sometimes fatal..
