Echo watched the assassin that Nia was sending, and knew that this was were everything was going to fall. Nia would do this and war would be upon them. She was supposed to go to the Mountain, where she knew Belomi would be, and have him storm into the summit while shooting. Lexa would declare war on the Sky People, the Sky People on the Ice Nation--everyone would be at war. Nia turned to her, and told her to see it done. Echo gave a nod, and she turned to walk away. The assassin would be watching so she could not give any warning that she was going to do the one thing that she would rather die then do--she was going to disobey, and betray her people.
Once she got close, Echo purposefully let herself get taken. The guards bound her, and pulled her toward the mountain. It was the the first time she was taken to this place. Seeing Belomi and a grounder girl running toward her she called out his name. "Belomi!" They couldn't let others know about them, but at this point she was here to 'betray' him anyway. Besides, the assassin was watching to make sure she got in--Echo could not tell him of the trap until they were alone and inside the place of evil. Then she had to hope there was a way to make sure this didn't happen--without Nia knowing what Echo had done. The guard kicked her knee, and Echo fell to knees on the ground. He was lucky she was not here to kill, or he would be dead!

whatever THE HELL WE WANT Bellamy had been spending some rare time with just his sister. He kenw that she was struggling to find her place among them, which was why he had wanted to assure her that she always fit in with him, whether it meant something or not. A sound in the distance broke them from their moment, as he quickly lowered himself from their elevated position. He hurried toward the source, and it didn't take long for it to be revealed. There, was Echo, bound by the Arker guards. "Echo," Bellamy acknowledged, moving forward. During the short distance, he quickly explained to his sister who Echo was, limiting it to having met her in the cages in Mount Weather. "Let her go," he commanded, his voice full of authority. This had to be something rather important and urgent if Echo was in this current position.
She had come here intentionally, and was too damn good to get caught accidentally. No. Something was wrong. He could feel it. The two of them had formed a relationship, a secret one at that . . . all too aware of the tension that still existed among their people despite the ceaesfire. One of the guards began to explain that they had caught her sneaking around, proceeding to kick her to her knees. That only prompted Bellamy to take action. "I said, let her go," he repeated more sternly. But this time, he moved forward and gently took hold of her arm to pull her to her feet. "Are you ok?" He asked, his eyes searching over her to make sure she wasn't mishandled. Bellamy briefly glanced at the two gaurds, his expression indicating that they were to back off . . . something that they complied with easily enough.

Belomi demanded they let her go, and Echo waited for them to have completely let her go before she stood up. Her face tilted to look back at them, making sure there wasn't an attack to come at her back before she looked at Belomi. Her eyes took in the sight of him, and she was grateful that he wasn't harmed. She hadn't meant to get this involved with him, but now that she was she knew that she would do anything for him. Even disobey--even betray her queen. Because what was happening here was wrong. She had to warn him but she had to make sure no one knew about her aiding them. Nia would try again if this failed, and Echo needed to make sure she could protect him--them.
"I need to speak with you." She had to say the next part in case the assassin was watching, but once they were inside she would explain more. "The submit is a trap." The words were meant to get attention, but she it wasn't the trap--she was. Only Echo wasn't about to let it close on him. For now however, she had to play her part and let the assassin think it was working. So she had to wait for him to take her inside so they could speak alone before she warned him.
