Echo believed in one thing more then she believed in anything--death before dishonor. Dishonor would normally count as disobeying a direct order from the commander herself. Nia would not approve of Echo going back to help the Sky People either. It mattered not what she did, she was disobeying. Echo managed (with the aid of a rebelling Trikru) to break from the group, and circle back. They were too late. The mountain had fallen . . . as he promised. The Sky People were as ruthless as the Ice Nation. Word would spread quickly of the fate of the biggest enemy they had being killed, and Echo knew that she should be the one to take the news back to Nia. Instead she sent it with another, and had them explain that Echo would gather information as too what the Sky People would do now. Would they taken the withdraw as an act of war?
The Ice nation would.
She would not approach the gate, but instead waited for the Sky People to get out. Seeing Belomi with them, Echo followed them. None seem to know she was even there. She waited until he moved enough from the group that she could move close. As he passed by a tree Echo reached out to touch his jacket, ready to make sure the weapon in his hand didn't turn toward her. Once she saw it was her, she stepped back into the shade, not disappearing, but making sure the others couldn't see her. "I need a words with you." She told him, glad that he looked unharmed. Whatever had happened to take down the mountain had not cost him his life. This pleased her more then it should have. He was a Sky Person, and Nia would never allow there to be peace. Be it tomorrow or when the winter came, or when the summer came . . . they would be a war. He had shown her that he was not like the others. That he held honor. She respected that. Respected him.

whatever THE HELL WE WANT Mount Weather. While this wasn't their first supply run, frequency made it no easier. Being here, in the facility that he had committed genocide in . . . there were no words to explain it. He wasn't exactly coping well, but on the surface . . . he was fine. He had to be. He had to set his feelings aside for the betterment of the camp. After all, what other choice was there? Besides, it could not be denied how the resources and supplies in Mount Weather were greatly beneffiting them. It was why he came. Why he would usually come. To see to everyones safety. The ceasefire was in effect, but that in no means lessened the tension between the Grounders and Arkers. Bellamy knew it would only be a matter of time until someone broke the truce. The war was not over.
With everyone secure inside, Bellamy decided to search the perameter. Make sure there were no reapers or grounders surrounding the area. Lincoln spoke of how the others would not recieve well to seeing the Arkers in the facility. Despite the fact that they offered their medical assistance and supplies from it to aid the people. Still. One could never be too careful. Requiring the solitude was well, he started on a path around the facility when he suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder. His hands immediately moved to raise his weapon gripped in them, but the action stopped midway when he saw who it was. Not that her presence was comforting. But he recognized her. Echo. One of the people he had trusted. He knew that it was the Commander's decision to retreat, and the others had to follow . . . but that did not diminish the disappointment that Bellamy felt for all those who chose to flee, rather than stand and fight. Jus Drein Jus Daun. Isn't that why they believed in?
Her words made him slightly clench his jaw. She needed to talk to him. The word 'need' practically a triggering one now. When someone needed him, he tried to be there. But when he needed Clarke, when he needed Echo, when he needed the others . . . Bellamy relaxed the weapon in his hand, though his guard was hardly raised. He couldn't dwell on his own emotions right now. She could have information about the safety of his people. His anger wasn't rightly placed at it; it was Lexa who had done this. Not Echo. He took a few steps toward her so that they were out of view, but not enough that Bellamy's own view was compromised. He needed to keep an eye on the others after all. "What is it?" He asked, straight to the point. He doubted she was here for any other reason.

Echo watched his body move, and the training of a warrior could tell what he was doing. He didn't have a reason to trust her, but he stopped to hear her. Another mark of honor that she would give him, and that was something she valued highly. "You kept your word, and I was prevented from keeping mine." She began, knowing that she had to explain. "The commander ordered the ones who wished to stay to be bound." She had not wished to leave them. "The mountain was our enemy and she betrayed her allies to them." The ice nation was not happy with this, Nia would not let this rest for long. She would begin putting a plan in motion, and she would make sure it was the final move.
Who was telling him this so he knew that she didn't agree with the weak actions of a coward. She had not just left him there to die. But he had not died--he had brought down the mountain, and had killed every one of them. As he had vowed. She wasn't sure what would happen now, NIa was angry, and she hated the sky people and the tree people. She only saw value in the ice nation--Echo had too until he showed her they did have honor.

whatever THE HELL WE WANT Bellamy had known from Lincoln about the repercussions of going against the Commander's command. Hell, there was a kill order placed on him because of his defiance. "Could she have still done that, if you all stayed?" The answer could very well be yes, for he knew the Commander was ruthless. Lexa had let a bomb fall on the village filled with not only Arkers, but her own people too. But he couldn't see or understand her justification. He supposed that was the difference between them though. She wasn't willing to take any risks . . . she wasn't willing to stay true to allies. And the others, weren't willing to fight for a people that weren't their own.
Yet, the fact that Echo was even vocalizing this to him . . . meant something. Hell, it meant a lot. To know that she was in disagreement of the decision that was made. Maybe even coming here and voicing it was a risk on its own. "What's done is done," he said in a low voice. "It just . . . could have been done better with everyone working together." He couldn't accuse her people, because . . . well, maybe if she felt this way, others did too. He couldn't trust the Grounders as a whole. Not after everything they had done and the countless times they betrayed them. But Bellamy could seperate the individual from the group. And right now, he held no animosity toward Echo. Quite the opposite in fact.

He asked her if Lexa could have done that to everyone. No, but he didn't seemed to understand. For them, disloyalty was unheard of. It left you out cast and with death over you. No one would rebel. They just didn't do it. Besides, most of the people there had been Trikru. Her people. They would not disagree with her. She said nothing, knowing that either way her answer would not give him what he wanted to hear. They were not like the SKykru. She was coming to respect their way of unity without obeisance.
"For my people, blood must have blood. She denied us our right to fight our enemies. She yeided to them." Echo hated her for that. She knew some wanted her dead for the insult. The rare ones who did disobey. She would not speak of them however, because until Alekay was ready then the less who knew his plan the better. She would not betray a friend--she wasn't Lexa. "I was sent here to spy on your people. I will not betray your actions in the mountain. I will report nothing that can bring harm on your people." She was telling him this so he would know not to tell her too much. The less she knew, the less she had to hide. "I will not be the only one sent. Every nation is looking at you now. They don't know if they should fear the man who brought down he mountain, or if you are able to kill them too."
