whatever THE HELL WE WANT When Bellamy had initially proposed the idea of going into Mount Weather, needing an inside man, the idea had been immediately rejected. He wasn't going to let it go, even if Clarke's words had silenced him for the time being. He didn't want to make it harder on her, however, his daughter and the others were in there. The Grounders had been fighting a losing battle for nearly a century. What would make it any different now? The events that followed seemed to sway Clarke's mind for she then told him that he was going after all. It would give them a better chance, especially if they could shut down all their weapons from the inside.
Bellamy knew he didn't have a lot of time. Time seemed to be something they were often short of . . . especially when it came to his family. He would not be able to say good bye to his son, but he could at least say it to Braeden, and fill her in on what was going on. After briefly speaking to Clarke, he sought out his wife, finding her almost immediately in the crowd. He approached her, gently touching her arm from behind to prompt her to turn around. "Hey, can I talk to you for a second?" He asked, not wanting to do this in a public place. When she agreed, he began to lead her to a small run down shelter where they could be given a little bit of privacy.

Braeden was on edge. Everything felt louder, and closer to her then before. Not because of any drug or nut, but because of fear. Because her daughter was locked in a mountain that no one could breach and they were draining people of their blood! She was angry, and afraid, and helpless. She had never felt helpless like this before. It had been so long since she'd seen her daughter's face. Heard her voice! Even longer since she had been able to hold her in her arms and make sure she was safe! She wasn't used to helpless, and she hated not being able to do something!
A touch on her arm had her turning to look behind her. Bellamy. He wanted to talk to her. Braeden followed him until they were alone, and she stood facing her, her arms folded over her chest. To anyone else she would look angry, and distant, but she knew he knew her well. She was trying to remain focused and strong to get her daughter back. "Have they decided on a plan yet?" She asked him, knowing that the Griffin girl, and the grounder leader had been trying to work out an plan of attack. Had they'd done it yet?

whatever THE HELL WE WANT She asked him a question that would allow him to directly get to the point of this conversation. Time wasn't often something they had the luxury of right now. So he knew that the sooner they left, the better. Clarke was finalizing the map, Raven was getting ready to inform him of what to look for . . . then he would be briefed, and then head off to Mount Weather with Lincoln who was going to assist his entrance. "They have," he confirmed. The idea that he had initially proposed was now accepted. "We need an inside man." What chance did they have otherwise?
"I'm going as soon as the preparations are made." Because it was the only hope they had. The Grounders would just continue to get their asses beat. They needed something different. They needed the Arkers intelligence and expertise when it came to technology so that they could shut down all the threats that Mount Weather could hold against them. After that . . . the Mountain Men were nothing. He took a step toward her, putting his hand on her upper arm. "I'll get her back." Arria. She had given him the ability to be reunited with his son, yet Bellamy's failure deprived Braeden of being reunited with her daughter. He was going to bring her back . . . no matter what it took.
