.:Personality: Jasper is outgoing and adventurous, at least until Maya died. He speaks his mind, but is trustworthy and reliable. He can also be headstrong and goes into situations rashly.

.:History: Jasper was born on farm station. At a young age, he became best friends with Monty Green. Before his arrest, he was shown dancing at the masquerade ball. He was arrested a little less than a year before being sent to the earth with Monty Green for growing herb.

He quickly fell in love with Octavia Blake once on the ground, and saved her from the water monster. After venturing across the river, he was speared by Grounders. He was tied up as live bait by them, but was rescued by the other delinquents. His wound soon became infected, but was healed by Clarke and the red seaweed. After being killed, he trips and finds Well's fingers and a dropship knife. On Unity Day, he brews up moonshine and helps Raven in the making of the bomb. He then hides near the bridge with Bellamy, and fires off the first shot, revealing the Grounders in the trees. After seeing Murphy kill Myles, Jasper is taken hostage, but traded as a hostage for Bellamy. When the Grounders attack , he is a gunner. He then helps Clarke and Raven with the device that burns 300 Grounder soldiers.

Casper is taken to Mount Weather with 47 other delinquents, and slowly falls in love with Maya, trying to convince her that Clarke is a good person. Casper starts to love it in Mount Weather, especially the room filled with paintings. Jasper then talks to President Wallace about Clarke's disappearance, slowly becoming loyal to Mount Weather. He decides against leaving with Monty to find Clarke. He then gives blood to Maya to help with her radiation poisoning. Soon after, he discovers the truth about the Mountains harvesting chamber. He breaks into Wallace's office, and soon ends up worrying about Harper after she goes missing. He tries to back into the Mountains radio system, and soon discovers Monty is missing as well. He then threatens Wallace with a sword to find where Monty and Harper are, only to discover that the president is on his side. When the 47 are isolated and decide to rebel, Jasper is slipped a gun by Bellamy. After an attempted takeaway, Jasper kills Dr. Tsing by no letting the radiation door close. After getting to the dining hall, Jasper helps the other 45 by attacking the Mountain Men. Jasper then has to save Maya because Emmerson tried to radiate her. He is soon aided in hiding from the soldiers by a couple in the Mountain. Jasper then holds the dying Maya in his arms as she is radiated in the Season 2 finale.

After Maya's death, Jasper becomes an alcoholic. Jasper has lost all regard for his own life. He ends up going back to Mount Weather, becoming enraged when he can't find Maya's favorite painting. (There is more, I will just stop here to let people get caught up.).
