In a reasonably fair fight . . . . who do you think would win? So I am going to name two people, whomever replies next will answer it, explain why, and then name two other people for the next person to reply too!! IF someone post with something you disagree with, you can challenge their comments after you answer the question for your turn! ALSO to define reasonably fair - Means no nukes. In a reasonably fair fight between Indra and Bellamy it would all depend on the circumstances.
For example: Post Mount Weather Bellamy would win. Indra was injured. while they are a reasonably equal sparring pair, in that instance Bellamy would be able to locate and exploit her vulnerability. Also Bellamy has a real hard time to stay down. It's hard to put him under. In other cases it might be a matter of: Who tires first, so again depending on circumstances.
But given Indras training I think, when both are fully equally equipped Indra would win, because she has more experience in those kinds of battles than he could have gained even if he had finished his training.
