.:Physical Appearance:. Harper has a lean build, long dark blonde hair, and brown eyes. Her hair is sometimes done up in two braids and she often wears a headband. She dresses fairly practically since, well, prisoners weren't exactly allowed fancy belongings and it'd only get in the way on the ground. Her tastes in fashion are fairly simple. If she wears a dress, she prefers that it not be overly elaborate.

.:Personality:.  Harper is strong, brave, and loyal. She is somewhat quiet but doesn't find too much difficulty in making friends. She is the type of girl to go after what she wants although she is not very skilled at subtle flirting. She's a bit too blunt to pull it off. She likes seeing bravery in others.

.:Family:. Her father died when the Exodus ship crashed. Her mother was among the unlucky ones who was on the stations that burned up in atmos and crashed. It's highly likely she's dead.

.:History:. Harper's life before prison and the ground was rather unremarkable. She doesn't talk much about it.

When Harper was fifteen her friend was accused by a guard of a crime they didn't commit. When the guard revealed he would destroy any evidence that proclaimed her friend innocent, Harper assaulted him. She was arrested for the assault and took her friend's place as scapegoat for the crime the guard committed. Her friend did not defend her and instead threw her under the bus. Due to her young age she was sent to prison rather than being floated.

She was one of the 100 delinquents to Earth to see it was sustainable for life. She joins Bellamy's militia and becomes a gunner for the group.
