Description: I think we should do ones of each otm's. Of course this would be held once a month for maybe a week or so?
Name of Challenge: Banner Contest!
Description: For every "season" such as spring, summer, fall and winter, we should hold a challenge for banners! It could have otm's or anyone that popped out to you in general! Then you can have members vote after a certain amount of time and whichever one won then you could use it as a banner!

Thank you so much for the wonderful suggestions!! I really like the idea of having a challenge for the OTMs! Will be adding that in shortly!
I actually toyed with the idea of doing a contest, but thought we would just start with the challenges first to see how they go and test out their popularity! Down the line, we can absolutely run a contest. Perhaps in a week or so. I do think that's a great idea. I also love the suggestion of seasons, and will also be adding that in the Graphic Challenges, so either way, will be incorporating one of your ideas!
The idea of using a graphic for a banner/signature is actually great! We are doing a featured graphic of the week that you can submit your vote for, and I think it is a really nice way to display it by putting it in the admin's signature.
