this is not YOUR DAMN ARMY Son of a bitch! McCreary usually had no issue with his gear but in this case, it served as a undesired weight when attempting to swim to the surface. But still, he managed to do so and get to shore. He wasn't sure what the hell had happened, only that he was suddenly in a new place. That feeling never seemed to end. He woke up from Cryo on a moon apparently, and now he was . . . somewhere. Moon. Planet. A damn astroid for all he cared. As long as he could breathe on it and wasn't in a cell, he counted it as a win.
But as he reached the shore he saw someone else. He didn't know her but there was something familiar, deciding that she must have been one of the faces he'd seen in passing. Whoever the hell she was, why did he have to get stuck with her of all people. Anyone who wasn't one of his own was often undesired. The people that came out of the bunker. The people who landed on Earth with them. The people of Sanctum. "Which one are you?" He asked bluntly, his tone clearly not pleased with the fact that this random woman was here with him.

How cute. Earth Skills. As if I will ever need to know any of that. We aren't going to Earth for another hundred years, so me learning some pointless tricks on how to make fire is only wasting my time, and I have more important people to do. Roma
Roma was wet, and not in the way she liked. Her hair was a mess, and she didn't have a clue where she was! One minute she was in the middle of the woods, and then there was a green light, and then she was drowning! She didn't know how to swim, but thankfully had made it to the beach. She knew she was about to cry, and she hated to cry! Roma Bragg wasn't weak! She knew how to play things to her advantage . . . . only there was no one down here to do that too.
Someone else broke the surface, and she stood on the beach as they swam closer. "Shit," she whispered, knowing who he was and what he had done. However since he was the only one that was also on the breach--and she didn't know how to get back, make shelter, or find food, or anything . . . . She couldn't just run away. "Roma!" He asked for her name, so she gave it too him. "Where are we?" Didn't people do that? Just look in the sky or at rocks and know how far away from home they were?
