Mitch has balck hair, that he usually wears in long dreadlocks, which allows him to blend in easily when during a mission. He has a bright smile, that remains empty usually. He used to have a mischievous glint in his brown eyes, which by now got replaced by emptiness or coldness. He chose to wear mostly dark colors, comfortable shirts, cargo pants and jackets.

Mitchell has learned to compartmentalize early on: Previously a  generally mischievous and happy guy, that loved to make light of a situation, he shoved that part of him into a box and locked it, only letting it surface when it served him: as a front to achieve what he wanted. Being a trained killer he learned to handle death and the guilt to an extend where it simply did no longer bother him at all, to an extent even thrilled him to be the one pulling the trigger. Due to that, one could say he has no conscience. He regrets no murder, he only regrets this one failure in killing a target. Mitchell stays quiet and watches, to analyze situations and choose the most effective plan of action. He is a calculating man, who now thinks mostly in what a situation does for him. On occasion he likes to toy with his targets and taunt them.

Mitchell is a soldier. He is an expert marksman and strategist. He was trained in destabilizing countries and regimes. He knows to watch these systems, determine the most effective target and strike hard and effectively, with as little collateral damage as possible, though he himself didn't mind the collateral damage. Sometimes peace and progress had to be paid for in blood.

As son of two highclass agents, Mitchell never had a fixed place he called home. While he was relatively good at school, it was relatively clear early on that he would join the Navy, like his father and shortly before him his sister. After BUDs he got into ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) and got trained there. They soon realized he possessed the needed indifference in order to work deep cover ops abroad and was trained to do so. Just after his mother was killed in action CIA took an interest in him and he chose to serve them instead. They trained him specifically to infiltrate and destabilize systems.

During one of his deep cover ops ONI worked directly against CIA. It was during that operation that Mitchell had to pull the trigger on his own father. He did so withou remorse. He was, after all, a danger to his country, by Mitchs accounts. His sister got killed a year later. With him having no family left, CIA utilized him in more and more dangerous and long deep cover ops. He was one of their top agents, because he had the patience to wait for the perfect opportunity.

The CIA did not catch their agent drifting off more and more, questioning them and the system attached to them.At his last deep cover op, Mitchell changed sides, unknown to his own agency. He waited for the opportune moment and used it to kill the head of the CIA. He managed to get out of that with the help and strategic positioning of the ones he turned to. He helped conduct some hits against navy, army, and airforce bases. Next on his personal hit list was the head of ONI, as they were, too a broken system that needed to be taken down in his eyes. He failed on that one and got imprisoned. Despite them interrogating him, he took the blame on all of it entirely on himself.

Just as he overthrew the order of the prison with a hit against the current big kahuna, he got put onto Eligius IV mission.
