Agovell was orphaned at a young age and taken in by Fossopakru. He was trained in all forms of combat and weaponry to uphold the sacred traditions. He ascended the ranks, eventually landing him the role of second and successor once the leader of the clan has passed on. He has become known by his nickname Wamfou Shuda [Lethal/Deadly Weapon], as he also serves as an assassin to high ranking clan members, leaders, and even Hedas (mainly prior to formation of the coalition). He is elusive and is seen only when he wants to be. Though when his refusal to kill a Natblida baby arose, he took the child and fled from the clan.

Fossopakru [the Scout Clan] or Fossopen Badannes [Scout Service] is an ancient clan that is devoted to locating and collecting Nightbloods for the Conclave. This task occasionally results in the killing of unwilling family and friends to part ways with the child. For this reason, and to dehumanize them, they all conceal their faces with masks and hands with gloves. Their presence evokes fear as they serve the traditions of their people and remain fanatically loyal to them. They are elusive, meet in a secretive headquarter, and only a couple members communicate with others, mainly the Flamekeeper. They are devout to the traditional ways and are all trained well in combat and weaponry though do not fight in battles as they are neutral party when it comes to clan tension due to politics.
