Roan tell the wolves i'm home Roan had known since just after his mother kidnapped Luna that this night would come. The day would come where they would join hands and unit the bloodlines of Azgeda rulers and nightblood. At first Luna had been more of an annoyance that he'd deal with 'later' since he had hoped his mother's plan wouldn't work. Yet as time when on his mother had made her point known. He'd trained with her. Hunted with her. Ate with her.
Roan had come to care for her. More then what his mother had planned. He wasn't sure how Luna felt, but he knew she enjoyed his company and that was enough for now.
Luna had just entered their shared bedroom. Tonight was the first night they would share a room, and a bed. The first for the rest of their lives. Roan walked in slower in the room and slowly shut the door. Not because he was dreading it, but because everything he did had a measure of control to it. He always moved both at ease and coiled to strike if need be. Tonight there would be no need--he hoped.
Luna was had paused before the mirror and Roan walked over to her, and stood behind her. Their eyes met in in the reflection. "Wife," he called her for the first time, letting her deep voice give the term a extra syllable to toy with the word.

Kom woda ‘so gyon op, gon woda ‘so kom daun from water we are born, to water we return L una had known this day would come. Inevitably. While she didn't loathe him as she thought she would . . . that still didn't make tonight any easier. Had they met and come to this point naturally, things would be so different. She could embrace him as her husband, and she his wife. But everything had been by force, including for him. And that fact felt impossible to rid from her mind. No matter how much she could just will it away. Still. He had not been unkind to her and he wasn't as much of a brute as she once believed him to be. He, was quite different from his mother and it made his company far easier to keep than she'd initially believed.
But now, they had reached another level of their relationship. They were now officially married. She paused in front of the mirror, and he soon joined her, making eye contact through their reflections as she said a word that caused a chill to run down her spine, making no physical show of it. Though, she felt it, at a deeper level. She couldn't even bring herself to say the word so all she could say was "Hainofa." Prince. It wasn't meant to insult, but to acknowledge. To respond. She began to remove whatever ornaments were given to her on this day to 'dress' for the occasion, removing the small pieces of jewellery and setting them on the table, purposely avoiding eye contact with him even though she could practically feel him behind her.

Roan tell the wolves i'm home Roan knew this wasn't going to be the easiest of nights for either of them but nor did he want to put it off forever. He liked her, she was beautiful. Tonight didn't have to be complicated. Luna looked away and begin taking off her ornaments after calling him prince. Apparently tonight would be complicated. He let her do it, and stayed close to her back. He stood there watching her, without giving her space. His hand moved around her to take her's as she took off the last one. Holding it without any pressure to keep it there. "Luna," his deep voice rumbled.
Roan waited for her to look at him. He never saw her unsure before. She was a force. Something that you either got swepted away in or had to learn to nagigate. Like the waters of the sea. Now she was unsure. He didn't like knowing he made her feel this way. His mother would not let them back down from this. "You are princess of Azgeda now." He told her int heir language, "No one will hurt you. They would have to go through me first." Not him, not his mother. He'd made sure of it. So if she feared tonight there would be no reason too. He would nto force her. He would see this done but not by force.
