.:History:. Storm grew up with an abusive father and mother. He was unwanted and unplanned, and his parents never let him forget it. Storm had to fend for himself, as his parents ignored his needs. He is used to being hated and treated badly for a reason that was not his own fault. He had been constantly trying to get their approval and to impress them, trying to get them to be proud of him, but nothing he did worked.
He was all too happy when his parents died in a house fire, though he doesn't like to admit that he had been thinking of killing them himself to end his suffering by their hands. He would never have actually done it, though, unless he had been pushed to the brink. Thankfully, his parents died before he could, preserving his innocence of not having to kill his own family. He has grown to be a kind and loving man, despite his parents' upbringing.
