THE HELL WE WANT
The threat of Mount Weather was finally neutralized. Cage, Dante, Tsing, and the Mountain Men who posed a threat, were all dead. The citizens of Mount Weather, were all alive. And the grounders and arkers who had been held prisoner . . . were released. It was a win win all around and Bellamy still had difficulty believing that it had come together in such a way. He didn't trust the grounders. He had trusted one in particular who he had released from the cage and, she had come through. The next several hours were filled with getting people situated.
Of course the Grounders wouldn't want to stay in Mount Weather, but the Arkers . . . they found it to be practically a heaven for them. A sustainable lifestyle within the walls. So they were getting everyone settled and those in Arkadia were starting to join. A few days after however, came the invitation that could not be ignored. The Grounders were reaching out to get to know Skaikru, and they all knew that any rejection of this, could be considered rude or display disinterest in wanting to keep ties of peace. Polis was on the list later, but right now . . . Trishanakru had reached out and Kane had accepted.
A handful of them would go on the trip, Bellamy of course was included among them. Along with Kane, Abby, Clarke, and a few others. It was unfamiliar lands and Bellamy was still on high alert. Tensions had not completely vanished despite the good that happened when honouring the alliance. Yet, they never held tension nor squabble with Trishanakru, so maybe, it would be ok. Bellamy entered the lands, the others close yet he felt himself tense when Kane was asked to be spoken to privately. He had no other choice but to accept, the others going to enjoy the surroundings while Bellamy just remained in place, eyes scanning the area and constantly on high alert.
