I wont let ANYTHING BAD HAPPEN TO YOU Bellamy stood in Camp Jaha, trying to process what had just happened. Clarke was gone. She had left. Left them. Left him. He had put his hand on the lever with her so that she didn't have to go through this alone. He had thought she was going to be here, that they would both be here and that they would get through this . . . together. But the only person who truly understood what he was going through, was gone. Bellamy knew he couldn't dwell. He had to set aside his emotions for the betterment of the camp.
But for the first time in days, the adrenaline was starting to catch up to him. Days of no sleep, food or drink, and the draining effect of being harvested was starting to take its toll. But he had to keep fighting it. What good would he be to their people if he was weak. No. He had to be strong for them. He had to set aside the pain that he would constantly feel. Numb himself to it. Move forward.
He proceeded with the necessary tasks, checking on those who were injured and getting updates on their conditions. Fortunately, they would all be alright. He then went to check the food supply, making plans to organize a hunting party in the morning for everyone needed the rest of the day and night to recover. Bellamy continued on with all the required and expected tasks, knowing that if he stopped . . . he would be left alone with his thoughts.
The haunting images of everyone he had killed plaguing his heart, soul, and mind. There was still one person that he had not checked up on, and that was Octavia. Lincoln was with them now, and he hadn't gotten a chance to speak to him either . . . their parting having been a bit dramatic considering Bellamy's capture rather than following through with the initial plan. He didn't blame Lincoln for choosing the Red Drug though. What happened, happened. And Bellamy would not hold it against him. What else he had taken notice of was Octavia's transformation. She looked like a Grounder, more so than ever before. He was proud of her. Proud of how strong she was.
He made his way to her tent, opening the flap and stepping inside. "Hey," he said, his tone unrevealing of any emotion. He had to suppress it all. He couldn't let it out. He couldn't stop moving. Even his sister's presence couldn't give him full peace of mind . . . but it was the closest he was going to get. "Just came to see how you were doing," he added on. Octavia for the longest time had been his entire world.
He had devoted himself to protecting her, failing miserably and being the cause of her imprisonment and their mother's death. Now, she didn't need him. Whatever protectiveness he felt for her, became channeled into the other delinquents. But that hardly meant that he still didn't feel the need to protect her. Seeing her captured in Mount Weather, seeing her in danger, it had set him off. It had been the determining factor. He just knew that she could take care of herself. That she had an inner and outer strength to her that made her more than capable. It made her a warrior.

~~~ I am not AFRAID ~~~ - ~~~
Octavia had been sitting her own little room the words of Indra replaying in her mind over and over again. She was no longer her second she had given up that part of her life before it had even started all for her brother but it was worth it. That was her family all she had left and she was not going to just leave him behind. She had learned so much from the Grounders though she had become stronger. No longer would she be the weak girl who once hid from the world for fear of death. No she could stand tall and take on the world especially with Bellamy and Lincoln by her side. With a soft sigh she laid back and looked up at nothing really. She was looking but she was not seeing as she was lost in her own mind trying to put the jumbled pieces together.
So much had happened in what seemed like only a day or so but really it had been a long time, longer then she knew really too much was happening to keep track of the days, it would have been hard as they all seemed to blur together. Rolling over she sat back up feeling restless, perhaps she needed to train more keep her skills up to date and keep her muscles working who knew what was still a threat in this world, other grounder tribes, new creatures. There was still so much left to explore. Pulling her hair back she began to pull it into place tying it together with a braid down the center. It was loose but kept out of her face. She was feeling trapped and useless O needed to do something... Keeping busy is what she was good at especially when she was with her tribe but now things were different and honestly she was feeling very lost.
Just as she stood up her big brother came in. He was once her protector. He kept her hidden and safe from the world and he even tried to do so while down here but there were other kids who needed him, weaker kids. The path she went down taught her to get back up when she fell and to never give up and now she didn't need him to protect her as she once did. However she would never turn down his protection even if she did not need it she welcomed it with open arms. That small piece of their past was comforting as their future held no clue to what might come of them aside from trying to rebuild their society. Though she sometimes wondered if their way was the right way... Octavia had become someones second she was a force to be reckoned with and she was not entirely sure how well she would do with the new yet old rules in play. The sky people were not always right.
Pulling a smile to her lips letting all her thoughts fade to the back of her mind. O could smile in the worst of times if she wanted to but usually only for her brother. "Hey." She replied taking a small step back "I'm... I'm doing okay. How are you doing?" She new there was more going on with him then what he lead on cause that was how he worked. He carried others burdens rather then being one himself and it was something that seemed to rub off on her as well. But if he let her she could be his rock as he had been for her for so many years.
I wont let ANYTHING BAD HAPPEN TO YOU How are you doing. The question was so simple, and yet it wasn't at all. How was he. He didn't know. He didn't know how to describe what he was feeling. How to explain that he felt dead inside. It was as if he was walking underwater, everything a haze around him and while he was here, looking at his sister, he wasn't really seeing her. He had to brush this all aside though. For the betterment of the camp. Clarke was gone. She had left him. Staying with him hadn't been worth it. They did the act together, and she couldn't stay here to deal with the consequences . . . with him. Seeing Octavia's smile was a sight he wanted to forever hold onto. In these moments, that was what he needed to see.
He was well aware of the fact that she wasn't doing ok. None of them were. But she was strong. Right now, she was so much stronger than him. "I'm fine." His answer lacked any sort of emotion. No joviality, no pain. It was almost as dead as he felt. He couldn't talk about himself he couldn't do it. He needed to focus on something else. Someone else. It was what he had to do from now on. Channel all his attentions on his people. On those he needed to protect. "How's Lincoln?" Bellamy inquired. He hadn't seen the man since their parting from the mines. Lincoln had taken the Red Drug rather than following through with the plan. The reminder caused images of the decontamination process to flash through Bellamy's mind. He had to push it aside. He couldn't let it consume him. He needed to focus on the here on now. On Octavia. On the others. He couldn't dwell.
~~~ I am not AFRAID ~~~ - ~~~
His words rang through one ear and jumped around her mind a moment, they were so bland, so dead it seemed. She didn't know what he had to gone through while she was away from him though it was easy to tell everyone had gone through hell and back but from the looks of it maybe he went through something so much worse. She wanted to ask him, but how could she make him relive such pain when he was most likely already replaying it in his own mind. To verbalize it made it so much more real and that much more painful. At least that is how she felt, that if she talked about it she would crumble. Sucking in a deep breath she looked her big brother in the eyes her own pain and angst reflecting back at her. They were quite the duo really. Biting her lower lip she wasn't really sure what to say to him anymore, it had seemed like they had been apart for years leaving that silent awkward space between them as they try to reconnect.
Taking in a few deep breaths she looked down at her feet, her clothes so much more different then his own. She had morphed into a grounder where he still somewhat looked like one of the sky people. Their different paths lead them through chaos and back again. Octavia tapped her heels a moment letting that silence soak in before he had asked about Lincoln. His words pulling her back down to Earth. Lincoln... A grounder she had fallen for. She had been much more open to the people who had already been inhabiting this place which came as a blessing and as a curse in their own ways. Coughing a bit she nodded "He is good." That was a lie, no one here was good but what could she say? Honestly what could she say... Octavia was at a loss for words. Being reunited with her brother and the sky people and leaving the grounders who had become like another family to her behind she had too much emotion going on to really speak.
Clearing her throat she looked at him and before she even knew what had happened her feet pushed off lightly from the ground and her arms had wrapped around his neck holding him close to her. When words escaped her actions prevailed and right now all she wanted was for her brother to hold her, the one person she knew would never turn on her. He would never leave her truly he was her base and as much as she had been on her own and forgot what it was like to have this connection she felt a small part of her wall that had protected her through this whole journey crumble a little bit. "I'm glad your alive." Her voice came out as barely a whisper. Octavia wasn't really talking to him it was more just out there even if the words barely made it past her lips. Her heart had swelled and she wanted to cry but no tears escaped she just had that feeling deep within her. All the emotions she had kept bottled up where stirring up a storm within her and she could almost swear at this moment that she would never let go of her dear brother again.

I wont let ANYTHING BAD HAPPEN TO YOU Her answer was understandably simple. What else should she have said? What else should he have expected? Lincoln was good. As good as could be expected. Bellamy just gave a slow nod for a moment, hating that he had no idea what to say. He didn't know how to comfort Octavia in this moment, for he felt like his heart had crumbled. And what was left of it, was only pain. Octavia was someone that he should protect, care for -- even if she didn't need him to anymore. That was just it. She didn't need him to. What was his purpose? To protect what was left of the 100? At what cost? He had killed innocent people, children . . . he did what he had to do. And now he had to live with it. Octavia came up to him, wrapping her arms around him and the gesture caused him to freeze.
Not because it was unwelcome, but because he was undeserving of the comfort that only she could give him. She said that she was glad he was alive . . . and the reminder that he had nearly died didn't even cross his mind. He had been too fixated on the others. Too aware that Octavia had been in Tondc when the missiles were set to launch. He had almost lost her, and that was not a something that he would ever recover from. He slowly wrapped his arms around her in return, holding her close to him . . . as if doing so was the only thing keeping him alive right now. He closed his eyes, basking in her warmth, yet carrying the weight of everything . . . including the fear of how close he had come to losing her.
"Thank you. For, not leaving me." His words were spoken in a low voice, hardly above a deep whisper. He had to thank her for that. He had been made aware that she was given an ultimatum: to remain Indra's second to wait for him. She had chosen him. Bellamy wouldn't have blamed her for the alternative. Clarke had left him . . . why shouldn't Octavia? He only hurt the people he cared about, he deserved it. "And I'm sorry," he added on. He owed her an apology for everything. Every single damn thing he had put her through. And well, he supposed he was also sorry . . . for what he had done. Surely she was ashamed of him, ashamed to call him brother. He felt unworthy of such a title, and yet, he wasn't selfless enough to tell her that. He needed her so desperately, the emotional vulnerability making him hold onto her . . . as if what was left of his life depended on it.
