Tracing all the way back to the year 1248, historians of the magical realm have discovered several artifacts that suggest the long-reaching tyranny of a dark and powerful—naaaaah, we're just screwing with you. The truth is, The Witching Hour doesn't have a real main plot. We are basically your average high school roleplay, only set in a universe created by the wonderful JK Rowling. Here, Harry Potter, his crew, Voldemort, and his crew never existed, but everything else that has happened in the real world (fall of the Roman empire, World War II, etc.) did. TWH allows you the freedom of creating whatever character you like, and it doesn't revolve around one boy and whether or not he's saved or damned the world. Of course, we have plenty of sitewide events and activities to keep your characters busy, but in the end they will follow their own story, and we personally think that's better than some eternal, never-ending struggle, don't you?
