We all know the story. A great evil rises up and the heroes strike them down, overcoming their own personal obstacles along the way. That was always the status quo. What if I told you that after years of defeat, the villains finally got sick of it?
Maleficent has founded the Blackheart Society, calling together every force of evil, powerful and weak, cunning and stupid, animal and human, with promises of revenge and power. Their goal? Sweep across the world as a conquering army and plunge the world into evil for as long as it will last.
But two twin brothers, Ford and Stan Pines, had discovered the Society's plot and alerted the other heroes. Knowing that the only way to stop the Society was to do so as a team, the Guardians were born to impede the Society's plans for world domination and usher in a new era of peace and prosperity.
Every being, nice or naughty, must now choose a side in the ultimate war between Good and Evil. Now the only question is, where do you stand? Will you help bring an end to evil once and for all, or will you change the world for the worse?
