What a place?

Addy sat impatiently in her seat as she dropship made it's way to earth, she wasn't expecting it to be habitable and that as soon as those doors opened they would all drop dead. She glanced around at all the other delinquent and watched as they almost all look terrific. Hearing shouting she saw people out of their seat floating about in the dropship, she then heard someone tell them all to get back in there seats. She held onto the straps of the seat belt she was wearing as they enter the atmosphere, she felt the enter ship shake from the change in pressure just as she heard three thumps from behind her. She closed her eye's in hope she wouldn't die from the ship but more from the planet. She had always dreamed of coming to the earth and at least getting a glimpse of it before she was killed no matter what it actually looked like.

Finally landing on the ground with a thud she heard all the seat belt unlock and she immediately took hers off and stood up. Looking over in the direction of the where she heard the loud thumps earlier she saw two unmoving bodies. She covered her mouth as she saw someone check for a heartbeat but there was nothing. She shook her head and climbed down the ladder to where the door out of the dropship was at. She pushed the from and waits patiently for the doors to open and her to see Earth for the very first time.

Monty had felt a mixture of emotions when he’d found out that they were being sent to earth, excitement and fear were the most recognisable. He was excited because earth was the dream, it was this mysterious planet that everyone on the ark dreamed about but never hoped to actually get to go there and then he was scared, because it wasn’t supposed to be safe. The planet was not supposed to be able to support life yet, it was too soon and that meant that they were potentially being sent to a radiation soaked planet that could kill them. They were all going to die anyway if they stayed on the ark, they were all going to be floated so the idea of dying on earth shouldn’t actually be that daunting, but Monty didn’t want to die and he didn’t know if he was ready to die so soon, at least on the ark he’d get to wait until he turned eighteen. As the dropship started to shake, Monty squeezed his eyes shut tightly as he heard the people around him screaming. He was sure that he was going to die, sure that something had gone wrong and they were going to crash and the fall would kill them all, or maybe the dropship would explode upon entering the earth’s atmosphere.

However, the dropship fell to earth and although the landing was a bit rougher than Monty had anticipated, he was alive… As were the people around him, he wasn’t actually sure if the landing had killed anyone, but he was sure that a lot of people would be sore after the impact. As soon as he saw people getting out of their seats, he did the same, although he was cautious as he followed the others in an attempt to locate the exit. It was hard to see through the crowd but everyone seemed to be heading in the same direction and there wasn’t really anywhere to go inside the dropship, so Monty guessed that the majority of the people knew where they were going and when they came to a halt, he figured that they’d found the doors that would soon open to reveal a whole new world that they’d only ever dreamed about.

Addy waited patiently as she stared at the giant metal door separating her from the earth. She was anxious to see it that she didn't care what people said about her as she acted like a 5-year-old about to get a barbie or something for Christmas. She would never have believed this was happening if she hadn't of ran into the person in front of her also waiting for the doors to open. She quickly turned to the person and gave them a small smile "I'm so sorry" she says with excitement plain as day in her voice. Whether she was going to die or not, she would at least get to witness the earth for a few seconds "Are excited to see if we can live on earth?" she asked the person she ran into. She felt like she knew him or at least saw him somewhere but couldn't remember the person's name for the life of her. 

Crossing her arms over her chest she bit the inside of her cheeks waiting. She could basically feel the tension in the air as she waited and she could see that not all the people shared the same feeling she did but then again there were some who also did. She taps her foot impatiently now as she looks at the door "I can't believe that this is finally happening" she mutters quietly to herself so know could hear her. She didn't want people criticizing her for what's eh believed.
