.:Physical Appearance:. Standing at 5'9, Atom's body is described as muscular and fit for someone of his age. The brunet's skin can be described as tan with warm, golden-brown tint. His blue colored eyes appear to be almond shaped, often showing the compassion he feels towards others, unknowingly. A majority of the time, Atom's dimpled smile can be seen unless its' pursued in a thin line. His hair is black and often appears to be a tad wispy at the ends, despite how short it's cut. Along his jaw and cheeks, there's a few traces of stumble almost giving way to the signs of a five o'clock shadow.

.:Personality:. Atom can be described as one of the more submissive teenager among the delinquents. Whether it's surprising or not, the tall brunet is more or less easygoing when it comes to most things. He doesn't see much reason to get worked up over something, unless the subject is something to be concerned about. From there, it's safe to say he's right to be considered about the situation at hand. Whether he follows orders or not, Atom does have a more independent side that shows up. He doesn't see any reason to hold back from doing his own thing, especially if the situations could dissolve some tension.
Despite following the orders of Bellamy during their first days on the ground, Atom has a more compassionate side that peeks through. That particular side, however, is often hidden behind a calm exterior. Despite his rough appearance, he's more than likely to open up to someone--- especially other teenagers his age. It's safe to say he doesn't mind connecting with others emotionally. In fact, there's very little hesitation on his part to grow closer with others. Atom has a tendency to become concerned with others, especially those he's close to. He'll often go the extra mile if it meant keeping them safe or helping them out of a terrible situation.

.:History:. Atom's time with his parents was fairly brief, his mother dying some time after birth. While his adolescence wasn't a bad time per say, it was steadily leading up to some troubling times in the distant future. Considering the little food being brought in, and his father's increasing sickly state, Atom didn't rethink his pending actions-- stealing. With the little food rations being given out and his father's increasingly weary form, the tall brunet couldn't stop himself from attempting to steal more food rations for his father. As fate would have it, he was caught by one of the guards and sent into the Sky Box. Due to his young age, he couldn't be executed and was quickly imprisoned instead. Before long, Atom was sent down with the rest of the prisoners from the Sky Box, to see if Earth could be livable.
Once on the ground, Atom had made quick friends with Bellamy, soon granting him a spot as his second in his militia. During the time of Jasper's disappearance, the brunet had stayed back to look out for Octavia under Bellamy's orders. A majority of that day consisted of Octavia taunting him about his obedience towards Bellamy. Unfortunately for her, Atom had went ahead and locked her in the ship with Monty for a short while, before coming back for her later. It's was with Octavia's insistence that he followed her to where the butterflies were, leading to their first kiss--- along with the first time he ignored orders. Ironically, this happy moment was short lived when Bellamy had caught them red handed, promptly tying him up in a tree and leaving him alone throughout the night.
With Bellamy finally untying him, Atom spent a great deal of time avoiding Octavia, using this time to go searching with Jones for the two lost delinquents, Pascal and Trina. Unfortunately, they had little luck in finding them. With that search coming to an end, Atom had gone with Bellamy and the others hunting earlier that day. However, the abrupt appearance of the fog had left him trapped in midst of the forest, leaving him little time to run away. Atom was trapped in the acid fog, suffering badly afterwards. Bumps could be seen all over his body from where the poison had managed to touch him, though his eyes had changed dramatically-- donning a pale, gray hue instead of blue. Maybe it was the pain or the sudden horror he felt that led Atom to beg Bellamy to kill him, to end his suffering for once. It wasn't until Clarke had arrived that his wish could finally occur.----
