There is some form of torment that reside behind his eyes, but he has grown very adept over the years at concealing his true intentions. He has a strong gait about him that is matched with a confident stride. He always has a purpose that drives him forward that also matches his strong straight-forward personality. He is a very confident man. His skin is pale white like most other citizens of the mountain. Perhaps from not getting enough natural sunlight. Despite his strong outward personality he has a very untrustworthy visible demeanor.

.:Portrayed by:. Johnny Witworth

.:Personality:. Cage is a very direct human being. He doesn't beat around the bush, despite his often obscure intentions. He seems to make humor in dark situations. He is a very closed minded man as well. Even though his ideologies are often held close to his chest, especially around those that he considers to be outsiders. However, if he is caught around his men he will be open about his thoughts; frighteningly so to the point where is not afraid to let them know what he thinks about them. He often tries to be a leader first, and a friend last. He tries to convince his people that his ideologies and feelings are the same as those of all the Mountain Men. He is not afraid to others know what he thinks about them either. Whether they be an outsider. Especially outsiders. He has a very strong dislike for those that live outside the walls of the Mountain. It is born of a rather jealous rage that he has been taught by his father. Though his father does not share half the sentiment that Cage does, it is still a rage to behold that frightens even his father. Why he suffers from such rage of the Outsiders is a complete mystery. Cage always passes it off as a hate of simple mother nature. How the people got into their little stations and fled the carnage they left on Earth. Maybe it is a rage born of pure cowardice. Those Sky people.
He strongly believes that those people were scared of their own damage. It is a simple matter for Cage as he would never abandon his people even if he made a crucial mistake. He is confident enough because he knows that he will not make a mistake. His people matter way too much him. He would much rather suffer their hate than run away. His obligation to his people goes beyond just himself. The teachings that he has received has bore an empty hole down in his soul. This empty hole is a longing, a drive to bring his people out into the wilderness. He believes that Old Earth is their true home. While he does enjoy the safety and security of his Mountain, he wants to one day bring his people back to their original home. His goal to bring his people home is something that often obscures the morality line. He is willing to completely cross over lines to achieve his goals. He is a man of virtue and patience. But when it comes to bringing salvation to his people, he will stop at nothing, he will become a beast of nature, an unstoppable force to make ends meet. However loyal he is to the Mountain. There is nothing that compares to feeling the fresh air, the rain, the sun on his face, the clean mountain air that is drawn in crisp long pulls. There is nothing wrong with making a few people bleed to achieve that end.
.:Special Skills:. Leading. He has learned various political skills from his father even from a young age. The vision that his father had was to one day make Cage the successor in case something happened to him. His father's teachings have taught Cage to be a very patient, and tactical man. It is the flaw that competes against his rash and hot-headed anger of not always getting what he wants.

.:Birthplace:. Mount Meather
.:Family:. Dante Wallace (Father)
.:Occupation:. President of Mt. Weather
.:History:. Cage was born on Earth. He was born within the bowels of Mt. Weather. As he grew up he watched as a sickness took his mother. His father had told him that it was a natural thing: cancer. But the reality is that his mother tried to break outside to taste the fresh air. It was a mistake. She had contracted radiation and was immediately rushed to the quarantine ward that one day hold the Delinquents. For his whole childhood, Cage was lied to about what really happened. His father kept the secret bottled for so long. Cage was a good child. He always showed up to class, did his work, but never had any friends. He was always considered the weird quiet kid. The kid without a mother. He always went home to his father - The President. He was a dysfunctional kid with a lot of social problems. It never led him anywhere. Though he was never on the Honor Roll, or popular, the other kids thought he was weird because his father was the boss. He never broke the rules, he was plain. Until one day he heard his father talking to his cabinet about his mother. It was the fact that his father had kept it a secret from him. It was then that Cage became a different person. It was as if the lie had took ahold of him and did something fierce. He became more outspoken about the other kids. He called them names. Respectfully.
He became a jerk on so many levels. He became angry. He wanted to lash out at everything and everyone. His father eventually took him out of class and told him in his office that one day he would grow up. These little games he played would no longer suffice. He would one day lead the castle. He would be at the head of the chain. He shouldn't be so mean as one day his own people would not want to follow him. Ever since that day, Cage had a different perspective on life. He still hated everything he saw. But he knew that he wouldn't have a choice. One day he would inherit everything. From the top of the mountain to the escape corridors down below. Cage began to tune his personality. He began to groom his perspective and began to form alliances. As he grew older this whole thing of ownership became more personal. It began to matter more. He wanted to be respected. He wanted it so bad he was willing to make people disappear. When he was old enough to became his father's right hand, he would often conduct involuntary searches, for example, in order to make society in the mountain a better place. He had formed his own little coup behind his father's back. A inner-circle of networks within the mountain that only he could trust. His objective was to take over the castle. The castle was all that mattered. He would stop at nothing.
Providence for his people.
