BLAKE First.
Octavia knew only two people for her whole life--her mother and her brother. Bellamy was the best friend, the confidant, the play mate, the BROTHER, the father-like, the male role, the teacher--So many roles, and each and everyone is filled by the same person. When she was locked up she learned to be many of these roles for herself. However, no even herself could replace her brother--and her loyalty will always be first to him. As proven when she gave up everything she had worked for--bleed for--and loved for a chance at helping Bellamy in S2's end.
The grounder culture was the first time she connected well to others--as she holds a lot of bitterness for the Ark rulers (over her mother and being locked up). She didn't hesitate, she gave it up for her brother--and she didn't even know if he was alive or not. She just wanted the chance to be there when he needed her because THAT was more important.

One of the strongest relationships that I think Anya has had is with Lexa. She spent time with her, becoming close to her through training her and teaching her what it meant to be a warrior and a leader. Most people think of Anya as cold and calculated. But I see something more. Any had a side to her that no one had seen. Clarke witnessed it when Tris died and Anya took a lock of her hair in the first season. A single braid to remember her loved one. She did in fact have a mother's love for her people and Lexa, though, she became a leader and a Heda, would always hold a special place in her heart. She loved Lexa dearly and when the day came for her to strike out on her own, Anya had to say goodbye. Even though they loved and cared about each other, they were considered enemies in the end. But the strength that it gave the both of them made them both warriors. Anya's legacy lived on in Lexa for a time.
