How cute. Earth Skills. As if I will ever need to know any of that. We aren't going to Earth for another hundred years, so me learning some pointless tricks on how to make fire is only wasting my time, and I have more important people to do.
Roma
Earth. Was. Hell. She hated it. At first it was all EARTH! FREEDOM! YEAH! And now her hair was dirty, and she was in the same underwear for days, and she was hungry, and she had to pee outside! With others around! Worst earth ever. No wonder the grounders were savages, she was turning into one! She looked like one!! She hated it, hated every moment of it!
She pushed up from her spot by the river, as everyone began walking back. They made trips to places with water when needed, and they had to stay in group. If anyone wondered off alone they could die. And that was what they were good at! Dying. And farming. Roma wanted skills at neither of them. Looking back down at her reflection she double checked to make sure the dirt was gone, before picking up the basket that had some fish that someone had hunted, and hurried to get toward the middle of the group. That was safest right? Yeah, because then anything that came up behind or around them had to get to others first.
After a while of walking she looked around to see if there was any of the younger guards with them. Finding @bryanbryanbryan she adjusted her walking to manure toward him. They weren't far from their camp, so she felt safe enough to move toward the edge of the group. "Hey," she said casually, smiling over at him. "I heard you weren't on watch tonight. Do you want t hang out?" There wasn't much to do while hanging out, and even less of it was things Roma liked to do. She wasn't made to survive here, and she knew it. But she also knew that others knew how too, and she liked having them close.
"Could be fun," she promised, but not letting her tone hint to anything. She liked men--and women--but she didn't just fall into bed with someone before getting to know them. She liked her friendships and lovers the same--casual. She'd had her heart broken before, and she would never let someone that close again. Then her parents had died down here, and she wasn't going to let anyone else close. She wasn't going to have anyone too lose. "And you look like you could use a bit of fun."
