dark clouds are arriving the sun will be rising soon...
Life on the ground was going well so far; At least they thought. Everyone was still extremely thrilled to be down on the ground. Tensions were rising as leadership roles began to develop. Adrianna went her own way with everything. She didn't care much for Bellamy's outlook. To her it was just a bunch of kids in a huge riot of Anarchy... They were Delinquents after all. Bellamy sure had a way with bringing everyone together; She guessed leading just came naturally to him. 'How lucky.' She'd think to herself. She wasn't much of a leader... Hell even less of a follower. She was free.
The thought that they were the only ones on the ground was peaceful. So they'd all start a new life. How lovely. Too bad such a fairy tail didn't exist. Clarke and the group had stumbled across other people. If you would consider them that. Adrianna thought them savages the way they had explained it to them...
The talk among the camp was terrifying. Everyone seemed startled. Adrianna didn't blame them. When the news got back to camp about the group being attacked, Jasper taking a spear to the chest... That was enough to scare anyone...
The grounders were out to get them; They weren't happy.
"So what are we suppose to do now?" Adrianna decided to ask the question that had been on everyone's mind since Clarke and the guys had returned. One of their own had been attacked. Something had to be done at this point. She knew the answers she was about to get..
"Fight!" a couple of them had responded.
However, that answer terrified her; Not only were they unfamiliar with the area they barely had the equipment to fight... The kids had started to make weapons, they were pretty make shift though... They would have to do. Could there be another way? The question ran through Adrianna's mind constantly, were these grounders capable of a treaty... She wasn't going to hold her breath on it. 'Is a savage even capable... They probably don't even speak English...' If that was the truth, then a treaty would be hard... How can you negotiate if you don't have a common tongue.
"There has to be another way..." She was trying to be optimistic. There wasn't any need for any other delinquents to die... At this point they weren't even sure if Jasper would make it... They wouldn't last out here without numbers...
She needed a break... This was a lot to take in. Adrianna grabbed her make shift spear and headed off by herself. Adrianna knew she would get shit for it from Bellamy when she returned... If she returned. She didn't seem to worried though, deep down it terrified her... Almost as much as when the drop ship made its way down with the one hundred on it. Somewhere in all of this Adrianna liked the rush it gave her. That was enough of a risk for her. Far better then anything she could get her hands on in the Ark. She lived for the adrenaline rush.
Quiet steps.
If she stayed quiet maybe she'd be safer? That was something she hoped would work. Easier said then done; The twigs beneath her feet cracked as she walked. "Shit..." she whispered to herself. Her plan of being quiet wasn't working out well for her.
