.:Nick Name:. --
.:Affiliation:. Arkadia
.:Age:. Eighteen

.:Physical Appearance:. Much like his father, Eric has black hair and fair skin, but through some fluke, his eyes took on the same blue as his mother’s. They were a soft blue, almost grey in some lighting and nearly identical to his mom’s. Eric tends to sort of tower over the other people in a room, coming to a sizable 6’4”, though he was a fairly thin guy. He was lean, with some strength to him, but not too much, the amount of muscle mass he’d accumulated over time only enough to add definition to his figure and not much else.
.:Height:. 6'4"
.:Portrayed by:. Andy Biersack

.:Personality:. Eric was a quiet guy, who tended to stick to music and writing. His life wasn’t exactly that great, but he made the best he could out of what little he was given. His father had a strong tendency to remind him of just how much of an inconvenience he was to their family, so for a long time he made sure to keep to himself and avoid making anything too hard on his parents. After his mother passed, he found himself looking for a way to distract from his home life. His rebellion came from a girl named Eva, though to be honest he had always wanted to defy the rules he had been following for all too long. Despite that, he tended to be the voice of reason when they were all together. While he wasn’t exactly one to sleep around, he did tend to have a fairly physical relationship with Eva at times, as well as another girl in their little group of rebellion.
.:Special Skills:. Eric has spent a large amount of his time working on music on his own time, finding writing lyrics a good outlet for a lot of his frustrations and issues. He never really talks much about it, but does love to sing when he is given the opportunity.

.:Birthplace:. The Ark
.:Family:. Father: Daniel Powell. Mother (Deceased): Melissa Powell
.:Occupation:. Food Prep
.:History:. Eric was born to a failed marriage that was barely being held together in the first place, and his existence was supposed to somehow mend their relationship. Though the pregnancy wasn’t intended, Daniel and Melissa hoped that just maybe a child was what they needed to fix things. As Eric grew older, things seemed to get better, if only for a little while, but as he grew older, their relationship began to fall apart once more, and as if the cherry on top of it all, Melissa had gotten horribly ill. Without the resources or the supplies to truly care for her, they had to come to terms with the inevitable.
When she finally passed, Daniel was a wreck, and Eric, now stuck with a heartbroken, abusive father, found solace in a group of friends and a bit of healthy rebellion. Perhaps a life where he’d spent so long scared of making things harder on his family had taken its toll, and the severity of his actions seemed to take the backseat to the closest thing to freedom he’d experienced. But that was about to be cut short.
Having been caught with stolen moonshine, they were supposed to face serious consequences. But none of them had thought it would be as serious as death. When they all lost a close friend, the grim truth set in, and the reality of dying was suffocating. Though it was a death sentence of its own, Eric was almost relieved to be sent to the surface. At least he would be able to die free.
But death wasn’t quite what awaited them. Instead it was the struggle of survival. Maybe a death sentence would’ve been easier, but if they could make something of this place, this could be the new start he needed… A life away from a home who never truly wanted him and a claustrophobic history. Hell, his 18th birthday in the middle of nowhere was better than any forced social conventions and reminders of his father's disappointment he'd experienced before. If he died out here, well… at least it would be on his own. No audience. No tyrannical order for it. Just… nature. There was a sort of freedom in that fact. He was free to live or die as he pleased. And that was enough for him.
