Mary Stuart has just returned to French Court, after being placed in a convent for her own safety by Queen Catherine. She has returned to court, to be around her betrothed Francis in hopes of getting married soon. Along with Mary's return, her own Ladies-In-Waiting, has returned to the court as well. Mary received a letter from her sister Anne, about what's going on in Scotland. Afraid of her sister's safety, she sends a letter telling her sister to come to French Court, so she can protect her and be safe. Since Catherine believes by the words of her friend Nostradamus that Mary will be the death of Francis, she has taken it upon herself to make sure that Francis never weds Mary. In the hidden passageway in the castle, there is a young woman hiding. Her name is Clarissa, there is a rumor that she is a ghost, she is not. She has been taken in by Nostradamus and the passageways are her playground. Clarissa has taken it upon herself to help Mary out with treats that has come to her. Will Mary survive all the trials that the French court, Catherine and the English has to offer her, or will she fail and have to return back to Scotland? Let's hope she learns who her enemies are and who her friends are.
