This is Emori's brother! He doesn't talk much and he doesn't uncover his face often, since he and his sister don't want to be killed for being born deformed. He can ride horses, survive the Dead Lands, rob Grounders and Outlanders, drive boats, supply technology to the City of Light, and even carries around a missile launcher at one point! His personality is totally open to interpretation! Who knows, maybe it was his idea to get Emori to play damsel in distress so Jaha and his followers would pick her up!
Season Three is were we see him the most and Jaha is able to get him to join the City of Light cause. But much of his past is unknown so far. Perhaps he will play a bigger role as the season goes one! One thing is for certain, he is trusted by Jaha and ALLIE, but Emori still loves her brother!
