.:Name:. Linkon kom Trikru .:Nick Name:. Lincoln .:Affiliation:. Team Good & Octavia .:Age:. 20
| ~ • ~ | Appearance | ~ • ~ |
.:Physical Appearance:. Standing tall and obviously physically fit Lincoln is a typical grounder fighter. His lean physique is not too bulky, marking him clearly as a scout, but his muscles are clearly defined, and the tribal tattoos that cover his body fit effortlessly with the contours. Lincoln usually shaves regularly, but his hair is brown when he forgets to. His eyes are also brown, and to match it all, his skin is also brown. He looks like a man who spends a lot of time outside in the sun. .:Height:. 6'2 Ft .:Portrayed by:. Ricky Whittle

.:Personality:.
Lincoln has always been an outcast. As a child he was known for his flights of fancy, asking questions that made the adults uncomfortable, and his thought provoking questions never really got easier with age. The man is obviously a deep thinker, and when given the opportunity he will always think before he acts. Lincoln is a warrior, though, which marks him as a man of action. He will kill if he has to, and he tries to pretend it doesn't bother him, but deep down he always feels like he's becoming more of a monster.
While reserved, Lincoln has proven that he can be a loyal ally. But he doesn't do blind loyalty. Lincoln understands that respect and trust is just as easily gained as it is lost. He's very careful, generally, but his heart always overruns his mind when Octavia is involved. When he's around her it's obvious that he cares a lot more about people than he lets on. Despite being a warrior he always favors the peaceful solution. He was quick to ally with Finn, doing his best to try to fix the tensions between the Treekru and Skykru.
Along with his own reservations about violence and killing Lincoln has recently been battling an addiction. He doesn't like how much he feels he needs the substance, and it makes him feel weak, especially after he failed Bellamy who is so important to Octavia. This is just one more thing he struggles with, joining his split loyalties, and confusing the poor man even more.
.:Special Skills:.
Survival Skills - Lincoln has been training his entire life to survive on the ground. He's got the survival skills to spend months if not longer away from his Kru. He knows the best ways to find water, what's safe to eat, how to avoid the scarier animals, and what herbs he can use if he's been injured or gotten sick. All the medical knowledge he has comes from his friendship with Nyko.
Warrior Skills – Lincoln has been trained to use a wide variety of weapons with deadly accuracy. He's best with blades, preferring swords to spears and arrows, but competent enough with them all to survive a fight. He's also been trained in unarmed combat. He's a passable warrior, and really only excels in one on one combat, but he's a much stronger scout than fighter.
Scout Skills – Able to move silently through the woods in a way that's basically become a trope: nine out of ten times that thing moving up behind you in the forest is probably just Lincoln. Along with being quiet, Lincoln is also fast, and is able to move ahead of warrior formations and bring back information. Lincoln's true strength in this is his proficiency with details. He's the best at observing and marking information about an enemy. While he'd rather be drawing portraits of pretty sky girls Lincoln is best known for his ability to draw fortifications/tunnels/ect and then relay that information to his superiors.
Drawing Pretty Pretty Pictures - Lincoln is a talented artists known to put murals on his cave walls, and carries a journal full of detailed drawings.

Lincoln was a quiet child growing up and curious in a way that could have been considered dangerous. The boy was quick to learn the things he needed, enjoying his scouting training the most because it gave him a reason to separate from the group. He was known for vanishing off into the woods, and scaring his poor parents. It was on one of these solo adventures that a child Lincoln met his first skyperson.
He'd seen shooting stars before, but none like this. The boy followed the star through the woods, confused when it came closer, and closer with a low roaring sound. Eventually Lincoln found the clearing the ship had carved. With little regard for his personal safety the child instantly went to the passenger's aid. Only, he wasn't a warrior yet, and he couldn't understand what the man was saying. Feeling compassion for this stranger from another world that he could not understand Lincoln snuck out of camp to bring him food and water before eventually realizing his father would be able to speak to the man.
With the naivety of a child Lincoln told his father about the man in the woods. His father made the boy Lincoln lead him to the place where Lincoln was keeping this man from the stars. When they got there, much to the child's dismay, his father didn't even try to communicate with the stranger and instead ordered Lincoln to kill the man he'd been keeping alive for the past three days. Lincoln was devastated but he did it. He killed the skyperson, and he would never be able for forget the look of betrayal in the man's eyes. He felt like a monster. As though sensing this his father tried to comfort him, saying that the world was always trying to make him into a monster, and the little boy took this to heart.
Fast forward years later and Lincoln was considered a man, a warrior, and a valuable scout. No one else could bring back information like he could, and the young man enjoyed the freedom that came with travel. He went everywhere vanishing for months at a time and meeting a huge number of fascinating people. It was a falling star, like the first, that drew him back home. Lincoln was one of the first to gather intel on the ship that had landed. It was obviously a warrior contingent, the people were all as young and strong as Lincoln, but they turned out to be terrible warriors.
He observed for a long time. He would draw sketches of what he saw, but one face appeared in his book more often than any other. She was beautiful, in a wild and free sort of way, and the more he observed Octavia the more he found he loved the character he brought to life in the pictures of his journal. He always paid special attention to her, and whenever the skypeople went out with her in tow, he was careful to follow. Lincoln wasn't sure how to approach her, even though he desperately wanted to, but it would take more than the luster of forbidden fruit to draw him from the rules of his people.
Lincoln's opportunity came when Octavia was injured. He picked her up from the ground, taking her to his shelter and healing her, even though he knew how dangerous it was. She managed to escape from him while he was distracted trying to save her friends who had stupidly come into Treekru territory to save her. It was easy to catch up with her, and a blow of his horn sent his people scattering, but it came with a price. The skypeople captured him. They tortured him. But she was there and it made it better. Especially when she freed him.
The forbidden relationship bloomed from there, the way Octavia tried so hard to be a warrior was adorable, but Lincoln found himself wrapped up in dangerous politics he had no business in. Lincoln tried to stop what was about to happen, but the best he could do was try to save Octavia from the fighting. He did, but they didn't get too far. At least she was still alive.
Reapers overpowered Lincoln, pulling him deep into the mountain, and separating him from Octavia. Inside the mountain Lincoln was pulled aside to take part in the process that created reapers. He went through torture, became addicted to the serum, and before he knew it he was the monster he'd always feared lurked inside him. Under the effects of the drug Lincoln attacked Bellamy and Octavia but they were able to outwit him, and the skypeople doctors were able to keep him from dying of withdrawal. But the addiction stuck, unfortunately. He managed to overcome it enough to help fight the Mountainmen alongside Octavia's people.
