From the moment Aurora had stepped into the storage room on, she felt the weight of her actions on her shoulder. They were on a sinking ship, she had known it ever since she almost lost her son to the fact, but it got all the more real, once she saw the almost empty storage. Soon the people would start dying, would ask questions as to why their ration points could no longer provide them, why there was nothing given out anymore. With the limited supplies, she and others had rallied to give them out. Soon there would be no use for them anymore. A good amount of the people here would die, no matter what happened, they might as well die on a not so empty stomach.
Aurora was just setting up the last water tank here on factory station, as she saw a familiar face joining the lines of the helpers with the charity. She was surprised to see Braeden, whom she knew to be Bellamys girlfriend, helping them. Given her job, she would have expected she might be needed at unity day, then again many people basically fought to be security on Unity Day, especially those who had kids in the play. Well, it was good she was here, things could easily get out of hand, especially with the tension rising. “Braeden! Good timing. I need someone at the water with me. That will be the place we’ll get most people at!”
