Scratching at her nose, Echo stood idly by the doors, watching. Unless she was told what to do, or a task materialised out of obvious necessity, there was nothing for her to do. Taking the initiative was not her strong suit, not on this ship, where everything was still new and difficult to navigate. Emori took to it like a fish to water, but the Azgedan spy was a little more reticent about leaping ahead of herself. Out of everyone here, the ice was thinnest beneath her feet. So, she treaded lightly, and sometimes not at all.
Folding her arms, she cocked her head and kept watching. She had absolutely no idea what he was doing, and from the looks of it, he was on a similar bandwidth. Clearing her throat, Echo righted her head and strode forward into the – well, she wasn’t quite sure what it was called. It wouldn’t hurt for her to at least try and learn something, if only enough to help Monty through whatever was causing his face to twist this way and that.
Crouching to his left, the grounder glanced at the mountain of cables. It all looked the same to her: potentially dangerous. Leaning her elbows onto her knees, she raised an eyebrow and glanced up at him.
“Can I help... at all?”
