Rose is obedient, and she is kind, although feisty and defensive as she may be, Rose is an overall good girl who always listens to orders when given, and is very protective over the little friends she has made on the Ground.

.:History:.  Rose was born to two parents that loved her dearly, as well as a grandmother, Rowan. Rose was always a troublemaker back on the Ark, so when she was wrongly accused of theft at fifteen years old, they didn't believe her stories of protesting, swearing that she didn't do it, that it was someone else, and Rose was put in Lock Up. For three years, Rose stayed there, visited only by her grandmother, her parents too ashamed of their own daughter to even acknowledge her existence.

Rose's grandmother was the only one who was ever sure of Rose's innocence. Those three years really put Rose into shape. She became a lot more mature, and passed a lot of the time in Lock Up singing nonsense songs, making melodical noises, old Earth songs to herself. And she wasn't that bad. She also had a lot of time to think. Rose wasn't believed by anyone that she didn't do what she was accused of, and a year and a half into her stay in Lock Up, Rose made a promise to herself. And that promise was that until she died, she would always make the correct choices, plan everything out logically, and make herself a believable person forevermore. Long story short, Rose grew up.

It was the day before she turned eighteen, and Rose's cell had been raided by guards. She assumed it was an early float. She was almost eighteen, it was quite literally an hour before she would be of legal she to Float, Rose had assumed that their were just floating her early. She immediately then panicked when they drugged her. She woke up on the drop ship, alongside the 99 other delinquents plus one stow away, Bellamy Blake. Once several delinquent douches began getting out of their seats, and Rose began to do it too, not thinking of the consequences of going from Zero-G to Gravity. It was the scare of a life time, trying to get back to her seat and buckling herself back in. Rose had just managed to do it, and that's when she started to be a lot more cautious on the Ground.

Now, Rose has managed to stick with Bellamy and his gang, including Murphy and this one girl, Annika Burman, and she is struggling to remain partially safe on the Ground what with the threats of the Grounders, the Reapers, and the Mountain Men.

Her parents being deceased, I wanted it to be a plot point for her when she discovered that her parents were part of the 300 sacrificed to save oxygen.
