Mount Weather was an odd place. Miller wasn't sure why they were here. It was strange, they were locked up and yet treated nicely. There was something very peculiar about it. At least they were comfortable. More so than when they were out there. Here they got proper food. Though Miller didn't trust anyone here but his fellow arkers. Better to be safe than sorry. Didn't mean he couldn't enjoy the food. It was surprisingly delicious.
Slowly more and more of his people were being placed in their 'dorm'. It was good to see so many had survived. The events that led up to them being taken to Mount Weather was rather intense, and still none of it made much sense. But it happened, and there was nothing that could change that. Now they had to stick together, and hopefully escape. But most people seemed to see the safety in this place. They were safe from the grounders. They had shelter, food. They were finally safe. For the first time since they had landed on the ground. And for most it was exactly what they wanted, it was their saviour. Not for Miller. He didn't particularly like this place. It was most likely a false sense of security. That's what he had to believe.
Most of his time he stayed sitting on his bed, watching and waiting. Not all of them have been released, including Clarke. But today someone he could call a friend showed up. He saw her as she was pushed into the room and he sat up straight. Finally a friend. Once her guards had closed the door after her he swung his legs off the bed and stood up, walking towards her. "Roma, hey. Glad you could make it." He gave a small joke, hoping to make her somewhat comfortable. This whole process had been rather confusing. She must be feeling the same things he had felt.
